Roslyn Pharmacy

I have been a Roslyn resident for the last 7 years and rely exclusively on Chris at Roslyn Pharmacy. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and quick to respond if you are in need of a prescription in a hurry. I can't say enough good things about Roslyn Pharmacy and Chris. You won't be able to find a more caring and concerned pharmacist.

Chris is an amazing pharmacist. He is compassionate, kind, and goes above and beyond. And I love that they deliver whatever I need right to my door, when I'm not able to pick it up. This pharmacy is the best!

Do not go to this pharmacy! One star is too many. I give them zero. Recently discovered that, since 2016, they have overcharged my family by more than $10,000. They have used our credit cards without our permission. They have defrauded Express Scripts and Medicare. They have ignored the true co-pays and charged us exorbitant amounts. They have double billed us for medications. They have charged us for things we haven't purchased. They have charged our credit card when we were out of town or out of the country! Run, don't walk, away from this pharmacy. They are currently being investigated by the Attorney General, the District Attorney, NYS licensing bureau, and the IRS. They may seem friendly. Trust me, they are your worst enemy. If you've had similar problems, contact the Attorney General hotline at 1-800-428-9071. Believe me, they want to hear from you.

I used this pharmacy when they first opened. Chris is just so nice and we had used them for years until I noticed high amount of charges on my credit card bill. I called Chris and said Do not put any charges through the credit card we started picking it up and paying cash. Charges were still coming through I couldn't believe it how brazen they were. At which time I called and asked for a history for myself and my husband which Andrew sent over we saw charges for multiple items of the same creams and other prescriptions that we never picked up. My husband as a attorney took a look and immediately said this is wrong. Chris was also overcharging on the copays. Once we changed pharmacy's the copay was less than half of what he was charging for the same prescription. I would never walk in there again.
Unbelievable how a neighborhood business owner would do that to their customers !

The pharmacy has a homey feel. I had to pick up a prescription and I asked the Chris the pharmacist about some other health needs of mine and was so helpful with suggestions in what I should do in terms of medications and outside of them. Great service and they literally have everything you may need in an emergency. Apparently, the deliver too.

Disgusting price increasing during Corona virus. Charged $40 for 2, 20 capsule of tylenol. Especially with all that's going on with the virus you would expect a neighborhood mom and pop shop to not do this. Perhaps this is why the targets and walmarts are better. Roslyn pharmacy should be ashamed.

Roslyn pharmacy is a great independent pharmacy. It is a good place for patients to get their medications filled and questions answered. It is also a good place for students to learn

Chris and his staff are so helpful does not matter what time it is they are always happy to help. I love the delivery service and that they ring the bell when they arrive with the medication. It is like having a family member working at the pharmacy.

Amazing pharmacy!! Great staff that provides the best care and service to everyone and gives each patient the time and attention they need!

The pharmacist knows you and your family and kindly helps guide you through any purchase or info on your medication. The store is small but has EVERYTHING you need and special products can be ordered and come in so quickly. The best pharmacy around with the greatest service!
