Amazing massage!! Most comfortable massage tables I've ever been on. We came to Augusta for the tournament and me and my husband got massages today. After walking 10 miles yesterday it was needed. We both had amazing massages and highly recommend this spa.

I was given a gift certificate, the gifter thought this was a good place. There wasn't no one to greet me on arrival. The wait time was at least 20 min. Then the therapist came out to the waiting area. She told me I would not be getting an hour massage as booked. That it would be only 45 min. , but the charges would be the same as an hour! She was 30min. late starting . So, other words I paid for her starting late! They knew my massage was a gift , when I went by there in person. because the receptionist looked it up. Then at check out time tried to make me pay. I had to show proof, luckily I found the email on my phone! The massage area is downstairs, waiting not inviting, plus only one restroom ! Once I use up my gift certificate , I will not go back. If I could I would give zero rating!

Absolutely love Rosewater Spa and Wellness. Sandy has been my massage therapist since before Covid and I can truly tell a difference before and after my massage. I've also gone for facials, mini chemical peels, and botox. I look forward to my spa days at Rosewater. It's such a calming and relaxing g environment.

Sandy has been my therapist for about two years now and is the absolute best! I love that the spa table is heated and very comfortable. I love brining in a blackout face mask that I spritz with aromatherapy mist before my appointment, allowing for a more relaxing experience.
Sandy is great with all types of pressures throughout your massage.

My experience with Rosewater has been nothing short of a disappointment. Despite receiving a gift card, the front desk person botched my appointment date, and the lack of confirmation or reminder messages left me unaware. When Rosewater called to notify me of the missed appointment, their refusal to acknowledge their error was infuriating. To add insult to injury, using my gift card required paying a hefty $105 no-show fee. When I called to speak with a manager on this matter, the manager insisted on at least paying a 50% fee for the no-show appointment before I could rebook. Since when is it acceptable for a business to pass the cost of their mistake onto the customer? While on the phone, the manager also told me that she would be able to waive the no-show fee 100% if there was proof that their employee booked the wrong date on the initial appointment. However, no proof exists because any text or email communication from the spa is "courtesy" and they're not required to send out. Their refusal to accept responsibility and insistence on making me pay the no-show fee is a blatant display of poor customer service. The manager's demand for payment, rather than addressing the spa's shortcomings, showcases a complete lack of accountability. Save your time, money, and sanity by steering clear of this spa with its infuriating approach to customer relations. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this spa at all costs.

Annette Gray always takes such good care of me when doing my facials. I tried the Hydrofacial for the first time during my last minute. She was very knowledgeable of the whole process and explained each step as she worked on my face. We started with a great cleanse and exfoliation. She did a quick extraction and went on to use the machine which sucked all the gunk out of my face and then applied a serum blended with antioxidants and collagen is applied and the device infuses them into the skin. The whole process was relaxing, and my face felt soft and luxerious after. The redness went down quickly and I noticed my skin felt and looked younger, smoother and it also helped with pore size. I will probably get another one of these done around Christmas time. If you want a professional and relaxing facial go see Annette Gray at Rose water and ask for the hydrofacial!

Had an amazing day of relaxation at Rosewater yesterday! I received a facial by Leigha and a massage by Jenny. The facial was wonderful. Leigha listened to my needs and customized my service to meet those needs. Jenny is a rockstar!! I have had quite a few massages and let me tell you, this is by far the best one yet! Jenny applied the perfect amount of pressure and paid close attention to my areas that needed the most attention.
One thing that I would like to note is that there is not much of a "Spa" atmosphere other than the treatment rooms. The waiting areas feel as if you are just sitting in your living room with couches and a coffee table. Would like to have more of the luxury experience that is offered at other spas. Wonderful. They were able to accommodate me last minute for a facial and microdermabrasion. Finally found a place that is warm, inviting, clean, and great service. Nichole did a wonderful job! Will be back!

Everyone was so kind and professional. Love the atmosphere. Nichole Harski is the best! She took time to explain the treatment to me and was so knowledgeable. She was also so kind and caring. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. I will definitely recommend her to others. Can't wait for the next time I am able to make an appointment with her.

Oh my goodness this is a hidden gem! I have the MOST difficult eyebrows! I have had my eyebrows threading, waxed, plucked, tinted, etc. every single time I leave I am slightly disappointed because my eyebrows just weren't right and still looked so off. I got my eyebrows tinted and wax here and they are amazing and have lasted!! She took my natural arch and size and did magic. Highly recommend and cost can't be beat for such amazing service.
