Absolutely great staff in office. The owner is a great optometrist and very welcoming person. Very easy to work with. I have used them for years and have recommended my entire family and to use them as well. Highly recommend them for eyecare and lenses.

Zak and Ryan are both great! They're brothers - there's a whole history on their website about how optometry is the family business/runs in the family - and you can tell the place is family-owned because they're all so friendly inside.

I'm a child when it comes to folks messing with my eyes and these guys can always get good images to see what's going on - super impressive!

You'll get real/human responses from them - they don't try to over sell you on anything and they'll make sure you're making the most of your insurance!

Many years ago, I received a strong referral from a friend and I've been going to Rosemore Eye Care ever since.

I am impressed with the thoroughness of the exams and the amount of care they provide.

Recently, my eyeglasses were recently damaged and out of warranty, the company offered to replace my lenses at no charge. After a few days, I learned that they damaged the frames while installing the replacement lenses. They immediately ordered new frames and I picked up my new eyeglasses a few days later.

My family (me, two kids, hubs) have seen Dr. Zak for 3 years. If you're counting, that's 12 full visits, plus follow ups for prescription changes and a pandemic in there too.

Dr. Zak is very personable, relatable, and explains everything very well. I highly recommend paying for the optomap (I think it's called that--where they don't dilate your eyes). They keep your files on record and you can easily compare year over year to look for changes.

They're great about making sure the contacts and prescription are good fits and on my last visit the doctor scheduled me a week after my appointment to follow up on my prescription change. He heard my concerns and offered suggested causes and solutions.

For the kids, I've had varied reviews for the techs that does the testing at the beginning of the appointment. They are often without kid-experience and can give vague instructions for the kids. My youngest is a wiggle wart so I have had to offer help. However, I will say that even though the testing and retesting and reretesting takes a long time, the techs never lose their patience or show frustration. You'll notice I still give a five star review because I still feel that we are welcome and are treated well.

When I first went I read a review about someone who was so upset that their appointment turned into a medical visit and became expensive. I was nervous for my first visit, but I will say it was made very clear that a visit could become medical. That's a legal requirement for coding and to avoid fraud (if an eye appointment becomes medical it must be billed accordingly) not a sneaky medical practice.

Overall, we're happy to make the drive (now 30 minutes) to continue to go to Rosemore.

I love Dr Zac! As an aging adult I have had issues with intense lights affecting my vision. Dr Zac helped me with this issue and now the lights don't hurt my eyes as much when I'm on the road. Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Rosemore Eye Care enough. The doctor will give you very detailed information on things that you can do besides glasses, like heat masks to stimulate tear production, special OTC solutions for washing your eyelids and lashes to keep your eyes clean, and so on.

The optometrists will go above and beyond to ask how you will use your glasses (for example reading books vs computer screens, whether you have multiple monitors, etc) so that your glasses can be exactly tailored to your needs. These are questions that the folks at Costco probably don't even have the time to ask.

I've been here a couple of times now, first for a new prescription and then a follow up test. Generally speaking the staff is nice and they have a pretty good collection of spectacles on hand and the prices seem reasonable to me. I was able to find something I liked and it was ready in about a week.

Now where I think this practice really excels is the service. First you can make appointments online and they have Saturday hours although, not all types of visits can be done Saturday. Second they are really good about communicating with you on the price and what your insurance covers. Finally and most importantly I really like Dr. Zak's style. He's a a good guy to begin with and he's great about communicating every step as he goes through the tests and procedures. He took a good amount of time going over my results with me and I really appreciate that effort on his part.

I would highly recommend you give them a shot.

I find it difficult to get well fitting contact lenses due to severe astigmatism from physical damage to one of my eyes. So after several fruitless attempts, I thought I'd try Dr. Zak Rosemore.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the patience, knowledge about special lenses for my condition and overall people skills he displayed.
It took several weeks for us to arrive at what would be the best fit for my lenses, and I give kudos to Dr. Rosemore for his professionalism, patience and desire to get it right, throughout the process. Another couple of bright spots in the front office are Luce and Andrew who make the whole experience pleasant.

I really appreciated the thorough eye exam by Dr Ryan and his team.

Kudos to Alicia for going the extra mile to explain the lens I needed, the benefits of my insurance and taking me through all those frames that I wanted to try. Also taking the time to check other colors, styles, etc. It made it a more pleasant experience with her helpfulness.

I've been seeing Dr. Zak for over 6 years now and he is truly the best with my Eye care. I have always been seen promptly, and my time is always valued and my voice of my concerns. Most importantly I feel the health and care and best options for my eyes are always considered first. The entire staff is wonderful and always so helpful .
