Rosa Maria's

I have been going to Rosie's (if you know you) since it opened in 1975 and the food has always been incredibly delicious. I don't eat burritos anywhere else because of their flour tortillas, which happen to be the best I've had EVER.
My favorite is Meat and cheese I ask for enchilada sauce on the inside. Crazy delicious.
The tacos.... What can I say I actually crave them.

Service has been always been great.

Ambiance for me begins with the walk window up to order and pick up and sitting at the concrete tables.

The one thing that makes me a little sad is the original menu board being replaced.

I live near the one on Baseline (5) minutes away and still prefer the original on Sierra Way.
I'm actually on my way there now.

Call in your order, they will give you a pickup number that you give them at the pickup window. It will save you the time of having to wait in the order line and then again the pickup line.

I ordered the MRC Jr. Burrito which consisted of shredded chicken, rice, and cheese.
The Jr size is perfect for me, because I can eat the whole burrito and not have any leftovers. It fills me up without feeling like I overdid it. So if you're unable to finish a regular size burrito, I suggest you try the Jr. burritos.

I also got a side of their chips and green salsa which was pretty good. Since I had them add the red hot sauce into the burrito, I used the green salsa to drizzle over each bite...delicious!

Rosa Maria's gets 5 stars from me just because they still use HOMEMADE flour tortillas!!! Come on now, how many places are still using homemade tortillas? Very few. Something about homemade tortillas just hits different...in a good way.

The reason for the 4 stars is due to the lack of cheese in my burrito. I'm not sure if it was in there at all cuz I couldn't see nor taste any. I also dropped 1 star due to the fact that the rice was really soft and mushy and not very palatable. Other than that, the shredded chicken was really moist, not dry. If you are like me and you like to see and taste your cheese, I would advise you to order your burrito with extra cheese.

The chips were okay. They were fresh tasting. They were also thick and crispy and had a very strong corn flavor, almost like Fritos. The salsa that came with it was housemade and also tasted fresh. Had a little heat to it, but nothing that will burn your mouth.

Overall, I will keep coming back for their fresh, homemade tortillas.

On this trip highly disappointed Phone order at 4:20 pm. Was up there at by 4:30 pm waited for almost 30 mins when it should have been 15-20 max. I ordered a cheese quesadilla with shredded beef. Well they tell me when I finally go thought they had my food, to only be told then they don't make shredded beef Quesadilla tell me on the phone when ordering pls.
Anyways this was disgusting in my opinion. Seemed like it was thrown together fast. But dang I waited forever won't bother with quesadillas.

This is the original Rosa Maria's location my hubbies dad would bring him when he was a kid. He loves the memories he had with his dad here! Delicious food never disappoints. If you're in town and want the best burritos in town you need to give them a try.the famous garbage burrito is what made them famous!!

The food at Rosa Maria's is the absolute best of the best. They always get my order out quickly and they keep it clean in case you decide to dine in. Have had a few friends work for them so it's like I'm visiting family. Try the chili relleno burritos, the tacos, or the enchiladas. This is one of the few Hispanic places that I enjoy their red sauce. Good vibes all around.

They don't need my review. But they are getting it anyway. We've been a fan for OVER 30 years. Always the San Bernardino location . Hi Nicki! Always friendly , fast and absolutely wonderful . The Verde is fork tender and flavorful. The rice and beans are ... well... perfect! Yes. Even on a Sunday morning at 9am. We ordered nearly 20 burritos to stock pile our supply in the Coachella Valley. Yep. Even Coachella, the Mecca of wonderful Mexican food can't hold a candle to Rosa Maria's.

This is a staple in the area and it's clear why. The amount of food you get for a low price is amazing. I got the garbage burrito, pork verde, and it was so good. The burrito, including tax, was $8.10. There's a XL garbage burrito available but this size was perfect for me.

At this location, you park your car and then walk to the window to order and to pick up, so the word drive thru is slightly misleading. The burrito is seasoned so well. Absolutely recommend it if you're craving burritos and in the area.

The chile verde bean and cheese burrito is my go to and it never fails. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It's a must have when visiting family in town.

Who doesn't love a good burrito??? This place is amazing! In a world where inflation is making it harder to eat out I am absolutely loving the price versus mass of these burritos. The workers are fast and know what they are doing - they knock out multiple burrito orders so quickly. My favorite was the chillie relleno burrito with verde carnitas inside - mouthwatering. Yummy beans, fresh grated cheese, and the delicious breaded pepper inside. I tried to take a picture but don't think it really shows how big these suckers are. My tummy is full! It is located in the north end of Berdoo so nice enough area too!

Great food. Ambiance is very rustic. The service is great! It's a very busy place, so hurry to take your place in line.
