Love this place for a healthy lunch or a snack. I wish there was one of these in my town.

The people that work here are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. If you have a sensitive stomach, they know right what to make you.

Went to Julia Fisher's Monday 5:30PM Root Flow (All Levels) Yoga class tonight and it was just a wonderful grounding practice which focused on the breath while offering a good workout! It was simultaneously challenging while being calming for the nervous system. I felt safely pushed past my edge and went further into poses thank I do normally. The space is extremely beautiful and has great juices and the best vegan and vegetarian food in town!

So nice to have a healthy downtown smoothie or lunch option! I've gone in several times to try smoothies and wraps. I'm also thankful that they have kombucha on tap. Very cute, clean, and cozy space. I think prices are a bit high for the area, but I appreciate they are trying to support local purveyors and prepare healthy food. Out of the options I've tried so far, nothing has been "crave worthy" or become a new favorite, but I'll keep going back and trying new things so I can get some more greens into my daily eating plan.

We got a few different juices, shots and avo toasts here and they were all wonderful. Wonderful presentation, wonderful quality, wonderful flavor and wonderful service!

We stopped in here while checking out the cute little shops downtown. The smoothies are very healthy and delicious! The place is clean and the employees are friendly.

Great service! Amazing smoothies! I called in a Kokomo smoothie order so I could grab it and run. I was busy at work so this was my lunch one day. I was set for my whole seven hour shift. (And it was so so good!)

I contacted Rootdown to see if they could hold an early morning, private class for my best friend and some of her wedding party on the day of her wedding. The owner Kelly emailed me back right away and said they could definitely accommodate us! We had a group of 7 people for a 6 am, heated vinyasa class. Our instructor, Dan, was great and the style of yoga was a little slower-paced than some hot yoga studios I've been to. It was a great way to start the day and everyone in the class enjoyed it.

Afterwards, Dan offered to open up the juice/smoothie bar for us! We tried a variety of different juices and the Kokomo smoothie which was amazing. We all left feeling energized and refreshed. They also sell salads which all sounded really tasty.

I liked that I could sign the waiver before class just by registering on their website. Rootdown offers several different classes and has mats and yoga gear for sale in the studio. I will definitely be back to Rootdown the next time I'm in Muskegon! If you're local, check it out.

An ample variety of quality, fresh salads, juice & smoothies. Combined with a bright open space and friendly staff, make for an enjoyable experience.
Ordered a salad (Warrior) and juice (I get around). Both salad and juice were very good and prepared fresh. The salad is competitively priced while the juices and smoothies are a bit pricey. The friendly staff on the other hand is priceless.

As we walked the Art Festival, we came across this place. It was unexpectedly nice to see Muskegon welcoming places like this where you can find natural fruit juices and smoothies. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Even though they forgot one of our orders they made it and gave us a couple extra punches on the card. I love that they encourage re-usability with their bottles if you come back and get another drink and pay a little less. I got the Funky Pretty and that was pretty good if you like beets, in which I do. I like that the prices are very reasonable as well. I don't feel like I'm getting charged an arm and a leg for a healthier option. If this place was in my neighborhood, I could easily see myself becoming a regular.

A Nourishment Revelation. I am a hardcore foodie, serious home chef, with a very refined palette, and seriously - the attention to detail in all of the dishes I tried was exceptional. The chefs made the amazing vegetables and ingredients sing in my mouth. Oh my god, the avocado toast with the pepitas and feta - the Run Wild - bread perfectly toasted. the avocado perfectly mashed and left pure. The texture and combination of flavors perfectly calibrated. Such a dish. And my mom's salad??!! huge! fresh, raw beet ribbons at the height their ripeness and freshness. Uh! And the shaved carrots! and mustard vinaigrette was delightfully savory. So glad she got some extra! And while I didn't taste my step-dad's Lotta Love hummus wrap - it's a rainbow of gorgeous vegetable beauty and he loved it. And my ginger tumeric cayenne shot. OMG. I should have instagrammed it with the light powdering of cayenne and black pepper on top?!!!!! sorry ladies! I was enjoying myself too much :) and it was insanely good of course. And I got the Ruby Baby for my drive, again a perfect flavor profile. I credit this meal for an amazingly easy, relaxed and zen 8 hour drive home through Chicago traffic. You're lucky Muskegon! Look forward to the next time I visit my folks to try your yoga classes too! Namaste.
