I Contacted Liz from root investigations to help connect me with my birth mother. Liz was absolutely amazing, professional and super helpful throughout the whole journey and made contacting her so much easier. I am very, very happy with the help I've received from Lizzy. I've used Root Investigations to help me with multiple crises, and Lizzy's ability to ferret out information is amazing.

She is also very dedicated. When Lizzy is on the case, it's clear she's not limiting her time and energy to normal business hours. When she tells me she *might* have a piece of information for me within a day or two, I have come to understand that means she'll definitely give me more than I asked for, and I'll probably have it in less than an hour.

More than just finding information, Root Investigations is quite good at explaining the *context* of any given piece of data. And that is key. It's one thing to know something. It's quite another thing to understand what it *means*, and Lizzy's guidance in such matters is beyond reproach.

Root Investigations was amazing! I had an obscure problem and she was sensitive, kind and efficient in helping me solve my problem. She understood I also had a budget and helped me talk through a couple of different scenarios to get the job done. She definitely went above and beyond. She was professional and thorough. Even after the job was done she took my calls and questions about any possible further snags in my situation and talked it through for much longer than I expected. Liz was the very first PI I ever worked with, and I have to tell you - she set the bar very high! During my phone consultation, she was compassionate and thoughtful about the sensitive nature of my inquiry. She was also incredibly thorough in the work and follow-up she did with me after our initial call. She is a gem, and clearly very good at what she does.
