Great roofing company. I got my roof replaced in November 2018. I wanted to make sure everything was fine before leaving a review. I've had no issues. I still love my new roof. Ken is great to work with. He's very responsive, knowledgeable and kind. He gave an estimate very quickly and scheduling was seamless. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them for any future roofing needs.

There is a reason Ken gets all of the 5 star reviews. There is no trick. It's just that he does such an amazing job personally taking care of you that you are absolutely astounded that such customer service still exists in current day and age. I had a roof replaced on my townhouse. Ken's quote was the lowest, while execution was at the highest level. Perfect communication. Perfect roofing. Perfect cleanup. Amazing! My neighbors have had their roofs replaced by some of the bigger guys, and the difference is obvious to the naked eye. Add to all this the fact that Ken responds to your emails and calls personally. There is no call tree or a chain of "secretaries" to get you to the right person. I 100% agree with other reviews on here. Just call Ken and don't bother with the others. You will be glad you did. It's just a job for the bigger guys, it's a personal passion for Ken.

This place really knows what "customer service" means! Ken gave us a quick estimate and diagnosed the cause of our roof leak in less than 5 minutes due to his 40+ years of experience in this field. We got our quote in writing the same day. We usually like to ask around for 3 different quotes, but in the middle of our search (a few days after our quote from Ken) a huge rain storm was forecast for the weekend. SO - we asked Ken if he could come out and fix our roof the same day. Within a few hours he had his guys out to our house and then fixed our roof in 1.5-2 hours. Once finishing the work, the guys showed me pictures so I could see what they did -- impeccable work. They didn't leave any sign that they had worked on our roof (no debris) - perfect! Ken called the night after the big storm to ask how our roof held up. I was so pleased to tell him that not even one drop leaked from our roof, even with the torrential rains! The only negative is that the flashing that was installed around our chimney was black (even though our quote said brown). I think it actually looks better in the black, so no worries on my end. However, living in Reston, I know that the color might not be aligned with our cluster standards. I let Ken know that on our follow-up call and he said that if I ever have an issue with it that we can call him and he'll take care of it. Based on his work so far, I don't doubt it! Go with Ken of your roof needs help - you won't regret it!

I got a good price and a comprehensive roof replacement from Roof.net. Scheduling was easy and the crew was able to show up the day after I accepted the proposal. They arrive to do the work on time and completed replacing my town home roof within 7-8 hours. Ken had promised that if the attic fan needed to be moved down he would to that at no charge and in the end he was required to replace a plywood plank to do it and covered the cost himself. I was very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Roof.net.

I called Ken when I had a question about a roof that another contractor put on my house. He called me right back and was nice enough to spend time educating me on the necessity of soffitt venting as well as other aspects of attic and roof ventilation even though he was not my contractor. We spoke three times on the phone and after I hung up, I felt like I understood exactly what my roof still needed in order to maximum the ventilation in my house. All of this for no other reason but to be friendly and helpful. A rare find.

Once again, Ken B saves the day! Thanks to Ken's awesomeness he saved the contract on my house after I discovered a roof leak less than 24 hours before my home inspection. He went out of his way to turn a nightmare scenario into a good situation and he didn't even get paid for it because he had to get me in touch with another roof company. Ken followed through on getting my invoice from the other roofer so I could provide it to my buyers. Every step of the way Ken stayed in contact with me to make sure I was taken care of by the person he referred. This kind of service is unheard of these days. Ken's company handled a full roof replacement for our home, including some repair of unexpected water damage, ensuring code compliance, and making specific weather-proofing adjustments that we needed. Several things set this company apart from others that we considered. First, excellent and very responsive communication. Ken is easy to get in touch with, fields whatever big or small questions you have, and is able to answer and make recommendations on the spot. Second, no high pressure sales - he explains what he can offer and leaves it to the client to think and decide. Third, and most importantly, the quality of the work, materials, and cleanup. The crew was just great. Worked very efficiently as a team, left the grounds SPOTLESS, and the roof looks fantastic. The price was very competitive. During the project, I found that this was the same company my mother (who lives in another county) ended up using for her roof some years ago. Surprise...but also no surprise.

I had a few companies come over my house. I had a leak coming from the roof. Each time somebody would come over they kept telling me that I needed to replace my entire roof. As soon as I talked to the owner he was a pretty cool down-to-earth type of guy from New York City! I grew up in A. Bronx so we immediately clicked. He sent out a guy to come over to the house, they saw where the leak was coming from they fixed the leak, after a couple of rain storms no more leaked! I highly recommend these guys.

Called up Ken after a huge wind storm that blew off a number of roof shingles. Although he was fully booked up with work due to getting 75 calls per day because of the storm, he worked our job into the following day. Great communication and customer service. I was impressed by how quick and easy it was to get the work done.

I had my roof replaced by this company last week. I got five estimates and Ken's was about a tie for the lowest with one other company. I was very careful and took my time studying all of the estimates as best I could because I wanted the best possible roof for the lowest possible price. It's not easy to compare everything but I feel confident the quality of Ken's materials and expertise with how the roof installation was done made it the superior choice. Ken was very responsive, courteous and helpful. He didn't give me any pressure. I believe he will respond to any concerns or problems I might experience with this roof in the future. I don't anticipate any problems, but I take him at his word he'll back up his work. I definitely recommend this roofing company. I would always do what they recommend- get at least three estimates, study them and ask questions, then make a decision. I would recommend that one of the estimates be from this company.

Always prompt and reliable. Have used this company for several small roof repairs. They come out to do estimates in a timely fashion and often are there the next day esp. if you have a critical leak! Prices are reasonable and they are extremely honest. Also they guarantee their work for one year, which is always a relief to know that they stand by their work. They even send you before and after photos because they want to show the work they have done.

We worked with Ken on a complete replacement of our old roof in November 2017. We spoke with several contractors prior to selecting Roof.net and Ken stuck out as being immediately honest, professional and reasonable. His estimate for the work was very fair and it was an easy decision for us to select Roof.net for the work. On the morning of the job, a large crew arrived promptly and set to work laying tarps to catch debris around the house. The crew worked very efficiently on demo and replacement throughout the morning and early afternoon and they were completely finished and cleaned up by 3pm. After everybody left, I was pleasantly surprised when a quick walk around the house showed very few signs that anybody had ever been there.... very efficient and thorough cleanup. We had some additional aluminum trim work that Ken also agreed to take care of the following day. His crew did an excellent job finding a good match for the 25 year old existing aluminum trim and we are happy with this work too. If anything, it looks too good! While it has only been a few weeks since the work was performed, we are confident that the job was done correctly, that quality materials were used throughout the process and that Ken would make things right in the future if we had an issue with the work for some reason.

You do yourself a disservice by not choosing roof.net. Ken is amazing. We contacted him in a very precarious situation and he walked with us every step of the way, educating us about the proper roofing techniques through the use of detailed photos and his unrivaled expertise. Ken turned a very frightening situation (complete replacement of the roof on our new house, including all the plywood) into a pleasant learning experience for my husband and I. His valuable knowledge and excellent bedside manner/professionalism reassured us, as two previously uninformed homeowners, that we had an advocate on our side. I first called the company about a year ago and Ken came out. I thought I was having some roof issues with leaks, Ken did some fixes, but told me my roof was on its way out the door. I knew this when I bought the house and wasn't surprised to hear. He gave me a ballpark figure without really going up and pricing everything at the time I had the fix. I ended up saving up some cash and called him about 6 months later once I saved up the money. Ken came back out and gave me a detailed estimate, which I had looked over by a friend who knows more about roofs than I do and he agreed it was a fair price and he could tell they knew what they were doing based on the detailed estimate. They replaced my roof in one day and it looks great, it has been a few months and no problems at all.

These days it's very rare to be able to speak to the actual contractor when you call a business - I have spoken to Ken (the owner) every time I called. He is very honest upfront about his scheduling and would give referral companies if he is unable to meet urgent needs. Today, Ken came out personally on a very short notice to do an inspection. He was on time and very honest about the quality of the existing roof. He explained in very simple language where issue areas are and also showed pictures to backup his statements. I feel confident about his assessment and would love to work with roof.net on a replacement roof.

I went on a trip to come back home to find a leak in my upstairs room. I panicked and called a ton of places and they all said they were booked due to the high volume of calls because of how much it had been raining. I called Ken early in the morning the next day and he picked up right away, he was at my house an hour later. My husband and I were so happy because we just could not wait another week to get the roof fixed. Ken was very thorough and explained everything and gave us a great quote. The next day, early morning his employees came to fix it and the job was done. This company has great customer service and takes action right away because they understand that a leak or any type of damage to the roof needs to be fixed asap. They care about their customers and are honest. Do not think about calling them, just do it.

At first when I saw all the 5 star reviews on Yelp about Roof.net, I was asking myself...what business really gets all 5 stars?? Is this legit? Well, I trusted my gut and went with Roof.net for my roof replacement. From the time of estimate to completion of the job, Ken was professional and communicative. His crew did a wonderful job on my roof and even fixed a few pieces of siding for me. Cleanup was absolutely great. I couldn't tell a roof was replaced after the guys cleaned up everything. Ken, the owner has done a spectacular job of handling the repair work on my roof. I had sent pictures of my damaged roofing shingles and within an hour Ken had a quote in my inbox and scheduled the repair for the very next day! what a relief as it is supposed to rain for the next 5-6 days and we were already getting some water leaks from the missing shingles. His repairmen showed up and matched the existing roofing perfectly. The day after the install, Ken followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied of the work and let me know he would be sending me a formal receipt of work completed and amount paid. he also warranties his work for a full year! Ken and Roof.Net get's 5 stars! We got three estimates, all comparable, and Ken's was the best quote! He kept the promised installation date, and there were no surprises or up charges on the day of installation. His crew arrived at 8am and were done with our roof replacement by 3pm. His crew had draped our porch, deck and surrounding landscape. At the end of the install, they did their best to clean up stay nails, shingles etc. Ken followed up to make sure everything went well and that we were happy with the project.
