I received several estimates. Roof.net wasn't the cheapest, but their estimate included many important upgrades that were expensive options from other roofers. I was also immediately impressed that the owner of the company, Ken, gave me an estimate the following morning. He was considerate and knowledgeable. Ken had an estimate prepared based on aerial photos and dimensions. He also showed me samples of upgraded items that were included at no additional charge. He explained the process to me and, after my approval, immediately scheduled the project. Ken and his crew arrived on time. Ken texted me videos of my roof, in real time, that showed the various stages of the process. When the roof was completed, the crew cleaned up like they were never there. They even cleaned debris from the neighboring houses. The roof looked flawless. I made the right choice choosing Roof.net. Ken was available to address my questions and concerns. Myself and 3 other neighbors had complete roof replacements done through Roof.net just before Thanksgiving. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with the owner Ken. We reached out to 3 separate companies for quotes, two of which were recommended by our trusted realtor and Ken's company which we found through Yelp. We decided to move forward with Roof.net not only for their competitive pricing and hard to ignore perfect 5 star reviews across multiple sites, but also because the quality of communication experienced through the initial quote phase. I was very pleased with the service I received from Ken from Roof.net. I contacted several other roofers but Ken was the only one who responded in a timely manner, and was very professional throughout the entire process. The quoting, estimating, contracting was a breeze to do, and he was able to schedule something a few weeks out. With that said, there were some setbacks during the actual installation. His team left a pile of trash in my front yard, they didn't sweep up all the loose granules that came off the old roof, and they tore one of my window screens. I gave Ken a call immediately and he said he would make sure it all gets taken care of. He told me, "the homeowner should not have to do anything." He said his team would be back in the morning to blow away up the loose granules and haul the trash left at the bottom of my driveway. When I woke up the next morning, all the trash was gone, and I assume they swept up because I didn't hear them use any blowers. The window screen was fixed a few days later. He made things right again, even with the hiccups, which is why he still deserves 5 stars. He sent me photos of the finished roof, and before/after photos of where he had to replace the wooden panels due to rot/damage. I went into the attic a week or so later during a heavy rain storm and didn't see any leaks, so I believe it was a successful installation. I can rest easy knowing that there is a 10 year warranty on his work too. I will certainly use Ken and Roof.net for all roofing projects in the future. I recommend booking as early as possible since he's a small business and his calendar gets filled quickly.

Just had my roof done with Ken from Improve Today Inc. and it was probably one of the best experiences working with a contractor by far. From start to finish he and his foreman were there making sure the job runs smooth, they were punctual, went the extra mile by straightening out the tall black pipes on the roof which was not a quick job but he had his crew take care of it. Made sure everything was top quality from the materials, to the work itself, the attention to details like painting the ugly white pvc pipes with black so that it looks clean and in sync with the rest of the roof, clean up was thorough and I would 100% recommend anyone that needs to get their roof replaced.

Great experience with Ken and the team at Roof.net. Ken gave me a very competitive price for upgraded architectural shingles and was able to schedule my roof replacement much sooner than I had anticipated. He explained everything clearly when we spoke, as well as on the estimate. No surprises. The crew arrived early, laid out tarps, finished the roof in a matter of hours (townhouse), disposed of all the waste, and cleaned up. They even had a "spotter" on the ground watching out for anyone passing underneath so I was able to take the dog out without worrying about dodging debris. They did a great job. Glad I won't have to worry about how much damage I'll get every time we get high winds like I did with the sub-standard shingles the builder put on!

I contacted 5 roofers to replace our 35 year old shingles. All were 5 star rated. 4 responded with estimates and 1 of those was cheaper than Roof.net, but I chose them based on them replacing the vents and their longer and transferable guarantee. I'm really glad I went with them. They got the job done in about 7 hours. Ken was here twice to supervise the installation of the new roof. The clean up was thorough. I was charged exactly the estimate even though they had to replace 2 plywood sheets. The roof looks great and I know if any issues come up later I can contact the company and they will take care of it.

I first contacted Ken from Roof,net when I was purchasing my home and my home inspector mentioned that my roof was not in good shape. I requested an estimate from Ken and he promptly gave me a written estimate and even came to look at my roof first despite the fact that I told him I hadn't even bought the house yet. He was honest and told me the roof probably still had another 2 years or so left on it and I was able to use his estimate in negotiations with the seller. More than 2 years later, after getting estimates from several roofers and seeing that Ken's price was not only fair but very detailed in terms of exactly what work was to be performed and what materials were to be used all backed by a great warranty, I reached out to Ken to have the roof done finally.
