If I could add more stars, I would. They deserve it.
Obviously right now is a crazy time and we had to reschedule multiple times for an event. RWT accommodated every change without hesitation and helped us make sure we were secure with the reservation. Our plans kept falling through with the stay at home orders and restaurants closing but RWT stood by until we could finally arrange a safe plan for the event.
The driver, Adisa, was amazing. He was very pleasant and had no problems with our totally obnoxious singing.
I recommend RWT a hundred times over. We will be using them in the future.

I don't know why I didn't review this business sooner, we used them to transport our family from Fountain Valley to LB Port for a cruise and they picked us up after our trip. They were on time and the bus came stocked with beers, sodas and water.
They provided 5 star service and will be using them again in the future.

The day after my review was posted, the owner of the company called me. He was extremely apologetic about the experience we had. While he reminded me that the driver was from an affiliate company (because they did not have the vehicle we requested when we booked with them and they wanted to accommodate us), Noe offered no excuses for the service level during our limo ride. This was key to me. His profound disappointment in the fact that we did not experience the exact service we expected was genuine and he asked for another opportunity to show us the service level he strives to provide all customers.

Based on Noe's personal interest in speaking to me directly, his sincere desire for our satisfaction, and the excellent service I received from his staff prior to the limo ride, I would not hesitate to try this service again in the future.

From the start making reservations with Jennifer she was so helpful with all the details and communicated until the day the Limo arrived. Then the driver Marcus called telling us he was on the way and it only got better. He showed up ahead of scheduled, could not of been more accommodating through out the entire 4 hours of our day. Marcus is a true professional and a credit to your company he is "Absolutely the Best".....5 Stars plus !!!

Our experience with Roman Worldwide Transportation was great. We used them to go to San Pedro to the cruise ship terminal. Ashlee, the office staff, was helped us and give us our options. She was easy to work with. We were notified by text and/or phone of their arrival times and drivers name. Adisa, the driver, took us both ways and was very pleasant and efficient. On our return we disembarked the ship early. We were pleasantly surprised to see that when we called Adisa and told him of our early return arrival he was already there. I would definitely use Roman again.

Had tickets to a football game at the Coliseum in LA, neither my husband nor I wanted to fight traffic from the OC. So we researched a few limo companies and this one stood out because we actually received a phone call! Noe was very nice and not pushy at all! So happy we choose them! Our driver Albert was prompt, professional and a fantastic driver! Will definitely use this company again! Definitely recommend them!

Don't waste your time planning and making reservations with this company. After having everything finalized and booked I get an email that states they can no longer accommodate our reservation. After a few different excuses it came down to them just wanting more money.

We used Roman Worldwide Transportation to take our adult kids and grandkids to Surf and Sand Hotel for brunch today.....we had an amazing time!!! The best part of our day was the fun, fun ride with Marcus in the stretch limo...the grandkids loved it! Marcus our driver was excellent...he called while on his way...arrived 15 min early...was dressed in a suit and very professional...handsome sweet man. Very attentive to our every need....A+++ we will definitely use this service again...

The Jiura Family in San Clemente Ca

My friends and I are in town for the 80s festival, but it ended up being cancelled. So we were looking at renting a limo for the night. I called around to a few places and a few said they would call me back but never did. I spoke to Mr Roman and he went way out of his way to try and accommodate our last minute request. He got off the phone and called his guys and called me back in 5 minutes. But after discussing it with my friends they decided to cancel, and after I spoke with Roman, he was very kind even after he made calls to his drivers and prepped the car. He even said he would work with us on price but my lame friends decided otherwise so we stayed in town. But Roman was nice and very respectful and more than nice for our needs. Thank you Roman. Next time I am in town you're the first call.
