Had 4 quotes for a small rat issue in my garage. Rodent stop was the most - by more than $3000. It's a lifetime guarantee but what if the company goes out of business? What if I move?

The tech was nice but he immediately tried to sell me from the moment he stepped out of the car. Super super pushy and insistent that I had a severe problem when 3 other companies disagreed. I got several follow up calls after, even when I said we wouldn't be moving forward. I'm sure they do great work but did not love the pushy and forceful attitude.

Rodent Stop took care of our rat problem in a very professional timely manne. we had hired another compa that claimed to have a life time warranty on their work, which turned out to be a big fraud and very expensive! Rodent Stop's employee from the person that took the initial call to the very last technician that came to my home were all very courteous and professional. the problem was an old pipe line inside my restroom wall. They kept coming and trying different techniques in till they found the open pipe that was the sour of the rat proble.

I just had Rodent Stop complete their attic cleaning service of rodent contaminated insulation and I was very pleased with how the job was performed.
Joey came out when I called and did a thorough inspection and let me know what I was going to happen when the cleaning crew showed up.
When Gustavo showed up on time and completely prepared my house so that nothing would get into the rest of my house when they did the cleaning.

Rodents Stop is an amazing company. They come in and thoroughly clean up rodent debris as well as inspect for and repair any potential rodent entry points (including on the roof). This can be a huge job and they're thorough. For what they do, the price is very reasonable but the icing on the cake is that they offer a lifetime guarantee! They've been out here several times and each time they take care of business (we happen to live in a location where there are lots of rodents). I honestly don't know how they do it but I'm hoping their clientele is vast, and grateful. I recommend them without hesitation.

We had rats that made it into our home in the kitchen areas. They became quite bold as the sauntered by us. Rodents Stop came over and put a stop to that! They set traps, cleansed the attic, blocked every possible opening both inside and out and put an end to the rats' shenanigans.

They charged my mother a 80 year old senior 4X as much as all other companies. Do not use this company. Get other prices from other companies and see for your self. I have no respect for anyone who rips off old seniors.
