I reached out to this dealer for a quote on an Accord Hybrid. They quoted me an excellent price and assured a No Hassle No Haggle policy.
Unfortunately this is not true AT ALL. At the actual dealership they offered me outrageous monthly lease payments and then I realized they had marked up the price of the car $7K from what they quoted and tried to make it seem like I was getting a deal. Furthermore they disrespected me, trying to manipulate me by saying I was "young and could afford it" and questioned why I was being stingy.
Unfortunately their quotes were all a ruse to bring me in, which I did not appreciate since I came from out of town. They were a total waste of time at best.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I had written a bad review a couple months ago because the service was so bad, and mis communication all around, and no one would write me back when I had issues. After the 3rd email, Amanda saw my email and got in touch with me right away, and it changed my whole view of Rock Honda. She was very upsent with all the problems we had, and that no one had addressed them, and she proceeded to fix every single one of them!! I know they are short on staff now, so things can take a little longer, but it made all the difference in the world that she cared so much and was able to get our truck fixed and even got us a new key, that the original dealer had never gotten for us.
Honestly, it makes such a big difference when you have someone to go to who cares and has the ability to make things right. If you ever have a probem with Rock Honda, ask to speak to Amanda. She is so very nice, and more importintly, she really cares about customer support. I will continue to go to them now, when two months ago I had vowed never to step foot there again.
Have patience, they are understaffed and trying to fix that part, which can be very frustrating, but if you ask for Amanda, she will try to make things right. One person who really cares is all it takes to change the image of a company. Although the ball was dropped so many times, I now have confidence that I have someone to go to who is good at customer support and will be able to fix any problems that arise. Im really upset I brought in my car like 1month and half ago for an tire rotation and a alignment and I brought it back because my car made a weird noise and the guy at first said they did an alignment and tire rotation and now on paper work it doesn't state that. So what did I come here for???
They were not letting my husband pick up the car and didn't want to help out with anything.
They also wanted to charge us $300 for the service done and yet the paper work states different.
Take in mind my car is practically new 2023 Honda accord.

You all literally rock !
Oct 17, 2019Previous reviewDon't know what happen to my original post but here's another I want to write a huge review but I can't it's limited the reason why I would write a big huge review is because this place touched my heart in such a amazing way !!!I have been to thru so much lately death, sickness , and lost and as human we hold and Compose ourselves in front of people but this one amazing employee LUIS in the service department wears glasses thank you thank you for caring enough to notice that one of ur customers (me) was distraught and went out of his way to talk to me about it I cried you don't understand everybody I was on the brick of giving up faith and this amazing caring man who I can tell overcame a lot himself went out of his way to just listen and let me cry and made me actually feel like family like WOW am still shocked and I swear everytime I hear one of my family members or friend talking about getting a car I direct them straight to you guys I tell them my story and there like wow no other dealership would even care they just want your car and you in and out you take a number type of thing but not this place at all sometimes when I go in I feel like I don't deserve such a good caring place but it was God's will and now am telling you all I had my original post with Luis last name posted and now I don't see it so I thought ide write another one because I actual saw Luis yesterday for an oil change the crazy this is he welcome me and said so before we start how's your family how's your daughters illness this is why I just had to come on yelp and rant! Lol because it's people like Luis who make a difference in the world #thankyouLuis

This is the second time I purchase a car from Rock Honda.
I had been tempted to check out the new CR-V and I decided to message Red and proceed with taking a look at it. He was so professional and super knowledgeable. He made the process so smooth and got me a great new on my new purchase. I appreciate the time he took to get me a great deal and to help me get in and out in a reasonable time. I highly recommend Rock Honda and ask for Red. He will definitely help you. Shout out to Angel she was super sweet and courteous during the finance paperwork. My husband and I were online shopping for a car and came across rock Honda and saw a car we were interested in. We were helped by Raeed "Red" and he made our process smooth. His manager I believe his name is John was amazing too. After working some numbers, we were given a number we were happy with and got my hubby his car. The finance manager Edris was super helpful and super knowledgeable. He convinced us on adding on permaguard for the windshields, and was super cool he even used to live out in the valley area which is an hour from Fontana. Shout out also to Cedric as well as he threw in an item for us as well. Overall had a wonderful experience and will come back to this dealership when the time comes again for a SUV.

This evening I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic EX-L from Rock Honda. My sales person I worked with from start to finish was Chaz. Chaz has excellent customer service and went to bat for me as his customer due to an issue we had with pricing once the car was ready to be sold. I am not sure how Chaz was able to get the sales manager to honor what we originally agreed on but I want to say thank you for doing the right thing. For anyone looking to purchase at Rock Honda I want you to ask for Chaz as he will try to do what it takes to make the sale happen, though I cannot guarantee every deal he will go over and beyond for you. Manuel in finance was also good to work with and explained everything in plain English. Thank you Chaz and Manuel. Because of my salesman my daughter will get her surprise gift for her 19th birthday here in two weeks.

Feb 18, 2022Previous reviewI called in to speak to one of the lady at the service department, regarding my car "Tire Pressure Monitoring System ". Notifications.
She mentioned I don't need appointments just walk in before 4 pm today.
Came in 20 minutes after I spoke to the service desk . I can see I am about 8 cars inline .
One of the lady proceeded to have me pulled forward after some 30 minutes confusion of me not receiving a paper form .
Since I only need to have my tire checked for air pressure they mentioned I don't need a form . They looked at my car and 10 minutes later found I have a nail on the back driver side tire at the outside edge / rim .
The gentleman gave me a few options as to what I can have done and pricing .
Since I mentioned will the Honda care package I purchased cover tire damage as well? They said they don't know , I can ask the personal in the office at the cubicle.
I walked over to an available service person, she didn't seem to want to hear what I had to say. She kept referring to wait in my car and someone will come to me. Told her I had been seen and I just want to check if she can find out if my Honda care cover tires.
She obviously doesn't want to help me , kept telling me to sit in my car and someone will come . I went to sit for 10 minutes. By the look of it I can sense I am not being taken care off. I got out and walked to find Greg in his cubicle .
Greg at the service department, were the only person who took the time to explain to me about the warranty / Honda care to me.
I thought that Honda were able to see information with other Honda dealerships regardless where I purchased my car from.
I appreciate Greg for not shoveling me off to the side , have patience and took the time to listened to my question, rather then cutting me off like the lady earlier .

here's another bad review and bad experience yet again, I had purchased back in 2018 a lifetime align from Rock Honda and paid a lot for it smh just to find out because this dealership was sold to another company they won't honor and transfer the lifetime alignment to my new car because it's under new ownership how is that my problem, it's disappointing and frustrating the fact that I paid money for that and I can't use it this was false advertisement on rock Hondas part and should have made it know that if the company was sold they wouldn't honor it at that point I would have not purchased that. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here at all. this dealership and service area has gone down.

David Latif - General Manager - dlatif@rockhonda.comJan 21, 2023Previous reviewI was really disappointed I use to come here a lot Ive leased a few cars here and I drove from the high desert early morning because I had a 7:30 appointment and of course their was a long line to check in and to top it off I was bringing my leased car that is still under the warranty I only have 25,000 miles on it and the older Hispanic service write, I did not get his name he was very unprofessional and he didn't write anything at all when checking in my car on the inspection sheet so he didn't even bother to write his name on it! I went in because my car had A damaged CV axel and something was going on with my radio display screen and I am aware that all those repairs fall under the warranty, but this man wanted to charge on top a diagnostic fee, when in fact the warranty pays them for diagnostic and repairs, so I decided not to do the repairs there because i had to pay out of pocket , so instead I went to hi valley honda and they took care of me there and I didn't have to pay for anything! I would not recommend anyone to go or buy or service your cars at Rock honda!

I was looking for a great deal on a Honda Accord, and was able to achieve that with this dealership. Their General Manager David was very helpful and most importantly honest. I recently became a home owner in the area so I am happy that this local dealership has great leadership, and appreciates their local Honda customers!

I took my civic to get the ac fixed gave them the symptoms they called back say they're done but the only thing is that the ac doesn't blow cold!? Wtf that's what I took it in for, then they proceeded to charge me 350 for not fixing anything, do not take your vehicle here.
