I visited all three offices over several years and mostly received excellent care, until this year. We left the practice after the abominable treatment I received from a staff member in Kensington who was verbally abusive to me when I was late in bringing my elderly parent to an appointment. While an office manager apologized, nothing short of removing such a person from her customer service duties would have sufficed to quell my upset.

Transferred here back in March and Dr O and staff have been amazing from day 1! So glad I was referred to this practice.

Absolutely horrible service there at the Kensington office. The front desk people and dental hygienists have attitudes and are extremely rude. I had an experience where I was running late due to traffic and no one cares to greet me and as I said I was for a specific appointment the front desk lady made it a point to call ahead to the next appointment and say to come in 20 mins later because I was 10 mins late due to traffic. The head dentist claimed she was going to do something to make it better but never came back in to check on my service.

Don't care for this dentist, and will no longer be going there.

I've never felt such passive aggressive demeanor like that before.

I called with an issue that needed to be addresses at 4:30 pm Thursday evening and was seen at 9:30 am the next morning
The staff was pleasant, well organized. professional and kind. My problem was addressed I'm short order and I was ready to go. My family and I have been going to this office for 10 years. Their practice has always been outstanding.

Too many bad decisions to talk about with Dr Kelly and his oral surgeon too.
Nightmare experiences. I go to Innovative Dentistry in Rockville now after too many horrible experiences and Dr Cauldwell is very professional and calming. And, never does unnecessary work. Totally honest.

I have been going to Dr. Kelly and Associates for about 45 years. During that time, I have received only top-notch dental care. I have had fillings, bridges, and crowns done, and they not only look beautiful, but most of them are still in my mouth 30 and 40 years later. Really quality work. I was a little apprehensive when Dr. Kelly decided to retire a few years ago, but I can honestly say that Dr. Lev is just as good if not better (sorry, Dr. Kelly).

My husband has had much experience with Dr. Maharaj and it has all been very positive. He has seen him on four occasions for surgery related to implants, some requiring bone grafts and a sinus lift. My husband holds Dr. Maharaj in the highest esteem and highly recommends him.

Crisp, efficient and friendly. I have been undergoing surgery here and the standard has been excellent. Gabi, Dr Lev, Dr. Maharaj and Walter are professional, helpful and answer any questions I have in a timely fashion. I would certainly recommend. In addition, their hours work with my busy schedule.

The wait time at your office is always very short, which is a pleasant surprise given wait times at doctor's offices these days. I have only needed regular cleanings lately so the hygienist is always courteous, gentle, yet thorough. I actually enjoy my cleanings! The doctors are always friendly and willing to answer questions as well.

Earlier this year, Dr Kelly's office moved into a brand new space (across the parking lot from the old one). If I had one big beef with these dentists, it was the older dingy space in which they had the Kensington office.

It's been three years since I began as a patient of Dr Weedon and staff, and I've been there too many times to count, but this is a very good dental office and I recommend them without hesitation.
