RJ's Frozen Cactus Sports Bar And Grill

I've never been there just looked it up because I saw it on TV it was on an episode of bar rescue

I have been going to this wonderful bar restraint to watch all my games. Lacy and Taylor are the best servers in town and always make us feel welcomed. Rich creates the perfect sports bar setting with comfortable chairs great food and best TVs in town.

Nice atmosphere- decent bar food- good service-and karaoke twice a week with a patio and lots of tvs for sports.

I don't know where to start with this place.
I went in Saturday night to watch the MMA 300 fights.
It took a while for the bartender to serve me.
She finally asked what I wanted to drink. In short I had about 7 drinks and felt a bit tipsy and thought I better order some food.

The bartender said that they were too busy to order any food. I walked up to the manager and asked if I could order from Uber eats. I was told that they didn't allow it. I said that I have had too many drinks and needed to eat but my server refused to put my order in.

I said it's not fair to over pour me and not allow me to order or have food delivered. He asked who my server was and about 10 minutes later they took my order.

I waited about a half hour before my food was delivered to me. I m still wondering how they can get away with this.

When my food did arrive I ate it all and reordered more. I had to use the restroom but the sink was out of order. So I couldn't wash my hands. A guy was using a plunger trying to unclog the sink and splashing dirty water everywhere.

I asked him about washing my hands and he said that I could use the woman restroom. What he did know was that the plunger was pushing up the water in the ladies bathroom. It was so gross.

Poor service and poor hygiene. What a dive this place is.

Should be a law against serving lots of liquor and refusing to take your food order and not allowing the customer to order Uber eats or have food delivered.
They are exporting themselves to lability issues in the even of a DUI.

Service started ok on this Saturday night for UFC but the idiot manager had not a clue which screens he would be showing the fights on so we moved once after getting drinks Etc. seemed he was drugged out or something. Needless to say we left. He did complain about the $2000 it was costing him and yet couldn't get the prelims up on time at 6:00. We split and went up the street to spend our money!

i just saw a rerun of your show on TV here in South NJ. the fact that you are still in business is great.
i worked in a family business my whole life so i know what the family drama is all about...glad to see you hung in there....

Always great service, always delicious food,the owner Rich is very accommodating when we come in to watch our sports teams.

Terrible service & warm beer! The bartenders ignored us, never asked if we wanted to order food after we sat there for 30 minutes finishing our beers. Won't be back

After seeing this bar on Bar Rescue, I decided to check it out. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Chrissy. She was super friendly and gave me a rundown of all the beers they had to offer. I chose the candy bar stout and it was delicious and nice and cold. The food was also very good. I had the carne asada tacos and my friend had the burger. Everything tasted really fresh and came out very quickly. It was really nice talking to Chrissy! She was just very friendly and super attentive! Other patrons of the bar were very friendly and overall, a very nice experience.

I took my mom here to watch an east coast FBS football team game at 4pm on Saturday. Arizona came on at 6pm. The manager was very mean & angry that we wanted our game on just ONE of the dozens of TVs since Arizona was coming on in 2 HOURS. The restaurant half of the bar was completely EMPTY. We were the only ones there except a few people at the bar. When we sat down to order drinks, there were no frozen drinks or frozen anything at the FROZEN cactus. We left after about 10 min to go to a bar down the street. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

Edit: We had no idea this place had been on bar rescue (until I read some other reviews) & when we got in the car, the first thing we said to each other was "wow that would be a good candidate for Bar Rescue". Epic fail!
