I have no problem with the quality of the work to do but he has an attitude issues and you can never go in there and ask a question or anything without it becoming a argumentative.

I have taken my car here several times and I've never had a problem with the workers or the quality of work on my car. They have always been kind, professional and fair with the charges. I would recommend Rivera Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

SCAM! Do not go here! Brought my car in routine oil change. Was told that a part of underside of my car was broken and neesed replacement and damaged shocks needing to be replace before an alignment can be done. I knew that my alignment was off and needed to be done, but was surprised about the shocks and broken underside of the car. Given a quote for $800 for the repairs I walked away trying to figure out how I was going to finance these repairs. A week went by I called to schedule an appointment, all of a sudden. The alignment machine was broken and told to call back to reschedule, to the following week to the parts need to be ordered to finally being told, we don't do alignments here and never do alignments. The story changes all the time. We finally took the car to the dealership, which we dreaded cus of the high labor fees but figured at least the job will be done right. Well ends up to be there was nothing ever wrong with the car. No broken underside. No messed up shocks. Just needed an alignment. For a small college town you would think that small businesses will be honest with their customers, instead we almost got scammed. Beware taking your car here. They will lie to your face and scam you for every penny if they could. BTW they even tried to sell me $850 tires. Standard tires for a set of 4 for $850. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Really sad people who are all about just ripping you off. If you live on the mountain, take the time to go somewhere ells. You can't say one word to them, or even ask them a question without them getting all mad. So prideful, and money hungry. They are not happy people at all, they are so disturbed and don't put honesty and respect in their shop. I cant even call them to ask were exactly the problem is, they just argue and argue. Please people do not go to this shop, they need a serious attitude change on how to treat people with respect. I cant even understand why this mechanic shop is on a seventh day Adventist grounded faith. They don't even represent Jesus. Like I said, take your car, money and time to someone who actually wants to help you. And is true and honest.
