So sad this location of Rite Aid is closing mid December 2023.
I have always found the store well-stocked as well as with helpful staff. Also ice cream.

First off I must say that this Rite Aid has improved 100% in the Pharmacy Dept. We now can get our prescriptions in a timely manner unlike before when you would never know when they were ready and sometimes had to wait a week or more. So thank you to the new Pharmacist. As always Michelle is a Super Star and whenever I have a problem she is always there to help me. Thank you Michelle!

I give this business a D for degenerate. They have failed me and my family every time. I guess that is why my usual pharmacy is CVS. If only CVS offered PCR Covid tests. Each time I have come to Rite Aid in Oakhurst for a Covid test, after making an appointment, they have given me the runaround.
Let me spell the name seven times for you instead of you just taking a look at the insurance card because that would be entirely too expedient.
How about I just come back when the pharmacist is not on 1.5 hour lunch at the same time as my appointment booked over a week ago because it doesn't matter if I get to work on time.
Of course nobody here today, on the day of my appointment, knows how to get into the Covid testing database.
Do yourself a favor and go to Mariposa if you need a Covid PCR test. The pharmacist there is proficient and friendly while the staff are keen to help and can understand the words coming from your mouth with remarkable ease (comparatively).Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Worst customer service ever. They close and take lunch whenever they feel like it, no set hours. Then you come back and still have not filled your prescription and tell you you have to wait 10 minutes, even though no one else is waiting. I will never use rite aid pharmacy again, and I would advise you not to use them, unless you like wasting a lot of your time. 100% Boycotted.

This is the worst rite aid I have ever been to. I have gone to this location 3 times and and spent about a hour each time trying to pick up a medication. That I got a message stating it was ready and every time they told me that it wasn't ready yet. The last time I went they stated that they didn't have time to do it right now that they could look into it later but they are closing from 1-2 today then they are closing early at 6 pm. They just stick a piece of paper to the wall with there hours for the day. I will never go back to this location. I am switching to CVS because of this issue. This location has the worst customer service of any location I have ever been to and there were 4 people in the pharmacy 2 of them were just visiting with each other.

Extremely rude customer service here. I have patronized rite aid stores in many cities and towns and have always received excellent service but Oakhurst rite aid is terrible! I hung in there over a year hoping they would improve but they never did, in fact some personnel became more unfriendly and abusive! I will advise everyone I know not to go there. I hope someone takes legal action about this completely unprofessional and disrespectful pharmacy.

While I think the Pharmacists are great and kind, the pharmacy is undermanned and supplied. The drive-up took over an hour yesterday with only 5 cars ahead of me.

My boyfriend and I went to rite aid specifically to get thrifty ice cream. We had the most awful experience because one employee named Nick. He talked to us and treated us horribly we were at the ice cream station waiting for help and finally I walked up to Nick who was right there with both of his headphones in and music playing on his phone I asked if we could have some ice cream nick just gave me the dirty look like he was angry that I had asked. Then just walked behind the counter without saying a word. I had asked for four flavors and he made it clear he did not want to be helping us. Then he shouted to his coworker to let her know that we inconveniently asking for ice cream we both began to feel extremely uncomfortable and then the employee Nick began to get extremely aggressive while we were waiting. He started by giving us a horrible attitude and then began saying things under his breath my boyfriend and I were both thinking what the heck is going on here this customer service was becoming more and more bizarre another associate tried to rush us to the register to pay before we had even gotten our carton of cream not only that but we still wanted to grab a few more things the whole vibe the employees were giving off was very creepy up to the check out and until we left wondering what in the hell that place was so weird and what is wrong with those people. We had the heavy weight of the strange experience on our shoulders until we got a ways down the road and then it finally began to let up. The employees at the store have the worst customer service and seem like they are on drugs and alcohol at work

Called to have my prescription refilled 4 days ago and it is still not ready, very frustrating when you live a 30 minute drive away and have made that drive 3 times just to be told "still not ready"
