The stars are for good parking, a super nice cashier and no lines at checkout. There are no line's because this store is always empty. And they were out of cotton balls for crying out loud. The shelves are lacking with products that are commonly used, but boy oh joy, if you want a hot pink flower pot on a stick that lights up at night, this is your place.

Lead pharmacist is a real pain in the butt with attitude. She needs to better understand customer experience or at the least stop interacting with the public and let someone else in the pharmacy handle customers. Rite aid is off my list for anything going forward. No need to be treated so poorly.

I came here for a vaccine shot and there's no signage on where you're supposed to check in. I waited for 30 minutes there were multiple people who actually talk to me and did not tell me I was supposed to check in after I told them I was waiting for the vaccine and 10 minutes later after my appointment I was told I needed to check in and it would be another 20 minutes. I understand places are short staffed but I was waiting with a baby and multiple people talk to me without telling me I was not doing the right thing. Terrible location go somewhere else

I've visited RITE AIDE In Kirkland many times! They're always on the ball! Michelle works diligently to make sure that any pre-orders are taken care of. Also, I have received many free deliveries in the last six months. Hats off to Rite Aid for the great job that you're doing!

Pharmacy changes hours randomly and without notice. I came to the pharmacy to pick up my seizure meds to find out they had moved their closing time an hour back. I had called earlier to make sure my medications were filled and there had been no special notice that the hours were changed. After flagging down someone inside, they said their register was closed and they had put my medication back on the shelf anyway, despite me calling in earlier to specifically make sure it would be there. Going unmedicated tonight because I trusted this store and got burned. Wish me luck.
This isn't even the first time the hours have arbitrarily been changed and I've found out because of a sign on the window. It's happened several times. I'm just fed up enough to actually write something about it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Do not go here for passport photos! My passport was rejected. They were super nice, but I just got my passport application sent back. Go somewhere that cuts the photos and has adequate lighting and knows what they are doing. Please discontinue this service.

Their pharmacy is terrible. They say they offer walk ins for shots (not Covid). I've been turned away 4 times over course of 2 weeks now. I called in advance for 5th time and was told no walk ins on weekends schedule an appt which is not avail for 2 more weeks and she hung up on me mid sentence. I get your busy but the communication is terrible. Update your policy to appt only if you can't handle walk ins.

This pharmacy was my savior tonight. I needed an antibiotic for my baby and every pharmacy in the local area was out of stock. The female pharmacist (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) was so kind and calming - she helped me transfer my prescription from Walgreens and get it filled asap. When I arrived to pick it up, David was so helpful and nice! This will be my new pharmacy in the future. I hope you guys know what a difference you are making!

I wish I could give a zero. The pharmacist was so nasty and yelling at me and I didn't even pick a fight with her or anything. Terrible, terrible customer service. So rude. I WILL NOT be back.
