When I noticed a loose prong on my ring I did a search for local jewelers. Ripon Jewelers has amazing reviews so I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did! They repaired both of my rings and cleaned them up to look brand new. Service and communication were great from both Yale and Becky. They will be my new jewelers from here on out.

Not to mention their staff acts like they are a "King & Queen of Shit Island." Don't bother bringing anything of value to them. They will ruin it and insult you on your way out. I'd advise you to ignore the other reviews here, they are biased reviews given to them from their friend. Seek elsewhere.

They cleaned my other rings and even credited the gold I had left over. They just did everything right. I would recommend this business to anyone that has any jewelry questions or need a special gift for someone or yourself!

My Wife has been asking me for years to get her a Mothers ring. They were very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. The price was very reasonable and the ring turned out beautiful. If you are in Ripon and need jewelry then check them out.
