I had the most wonderful and special experience, selling my jewelry to Steve. He spent so much time with me, and answered every question I had. He is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, and went to great lengths to make sure that he was able to offer me the best price possible. I came in with some quotes from a few other places and he did his absolute best to surpass the offers that he could. This man is a kind and genuine human being, whom I truly enjoyed spending time with. I felt very seen and understood and taken care of and I just couldn't feel better about the whole experience. Jewelers like Steve are extremely hard to find in Los Angeles. He's knowledgeable, polite, and TRANSPARENT. I sold a Rolex Datejust to him and he's definitely gained a longtime customer. I usually don't deal with dealers in LA but Steve and his partner are great. I'm looking forward to working with him again in the future. If you have any jewelry needs in Los Angeles, honestly I'd start here.

Definitely recommend! This was my first and (happened to be my only stop) when looking to sell a diamond wedding ring for my Employer. When I first walked in, I was greeted and introduced to one of the owners, Steve. He was very nice and friendly from the start! I was made comfortable right away. He was upfront and took the time to explain to me how diamonds/rings were appraised. Before I walked out, he let me know what he would kindly pay for the ring. Since the ring wasnt mine and I had to check with my employeer to see what she wanted to do with the ring- I ended up leaving the store that day. I had an appointment set up over the weekend to get a "second opinion" -but that appointment never happened as my employer let me know she "had a good feeling" and wanted to go with Revere Jewels! Days later, I went back and picked up the check!

I highly recommend as I was spared time by being graciously presented with a high offer and had no need to go elsewhere to "shop around" for a higher price!

Most important of all- Steve is a very nice person! He is friendly, personable and professional! He offered water and espresso! His office assistant, Patty, is very kind as well! They have a great sense of humor and are just great and fun people to interact with!

First let me say before walking through the doors, I had already been to two other jewelry businesses looking to sell some pieces of vintage jewelry that have been left to me. Each of the other places I went, there was absolutely no effort being made explain to me the process, what the prices were for etc. As soon as I walked into Revere Jewels, there is a totally different attitude. Receptionist was very friendly and told me that somebody would be shortly. When the appraiser Steve was finished with his client he came out and brought me into the office. The whole process had been quite intimidating at the other two jewelry businesses, but Steve was very friendly from the start. He explain the process, how they determine the gold karat , and so on. He then went through each piece of jewelry , tested it, weighed it, and gave me a price. Once he had gone through all the pieces, he asked if there was any pieces I was interested in selling. I ended up selling a very large gold charm bracelet that I had inherited, and had never worn. He gave me above what both of the other jewelry stores had offered, with the added bonus of considerate friendly and very detailed customer service. I kept some of the pieces, as I did not sell everything. However, if I decide to sell them, I will absolutely be back! This is how all Jewelry experiences should be. If you have jewelry that you want to sell, looking for an appraisal, or in the market to buy a special piece of jewelry, this is absolutely the ONLY place I would recommend!
