Had a great experience at Reveler's Hour! They were super accommodating when we were running late for our reservation - with just a text they confirmed we could reschedule and still get a table! We sat in the bar section, and the bar tender was our waitress. She knew the menu really well, and had great drink recommendations and descriptions!
We went with her recommendations for appetizers - garlic knots and arancini. Both were delicious! I wasn't expecting the garlic knots to be as large and flavorful as they were! I could not have enjoyed the ricotta and corn ravioli. Super fluffy, flavorful, with a kick of chili oil spice! We also enjoyed the tagliatelle with roasted duck!
Highly recommend for a romantic and moody dinner right on the main drag in Adam's Morgan! I would advise it's super dark and loud in this spot, so maybe not the best spot to take your parents but I will definitely be back! - Eduardo C.Arlington, VA027/20/2023
Delicious pasta but it was a kid's menu portion.
Good service. Ambience is a bit too loud for a table with more than 4 people. - Rich A.Brevard County, FL389135/2/2023
I found this restaurant to be over priced and underwhelming. Â The wine list is very small and curated by someone with very specific taste. Â The lack of dry whites was astounding. Â The highly praised garlic knots were lumps of heavily greased dough and the menu choices were also extremely limited. Â
Ambiance was dark and noisy(4out of 10) but the service was very good. - 2332518196/20/2023
If you are a fan of pasta and wine, this is a no-brainer. I don't know a lot about wine, so their selection was a bit overwhelming for me. Our sever was very helpful and suggested a great glass that went very well with my meal. The pasta is made fresh and each dish was super flavorful and tasted awesome. Â You definitely leave there feeling satisfied. There is no need for a late night snack.

For the garlic knots alone, 5 stars. My friend says she comes for garlic knots and a drink herself sometimes, and I don't blame her. They're doughy and delicious, like eating crescent rolls, extra-doughy, but fancy and garlicky instead. Don't split one, everyone should eat at least one, I could've definitely eaten more. We had an odd number of people, and our server let us order that amount of knots, which was nice (although the order is generally 2/$11).
The menu changes I believe, I ordered the tagliatelle with duck ragu -- it was a tough decision because everything on the menu looked good! The duck in the ragu wasn't too overwhelming (which I was nervous about), and made for a yummy, savory pasta dish. Good vibes all around -- service was slightly strange, not the friendliest, and someone waited for me to take the last bite before they took my plate, which was a little uncomfortable, but also kind of funny. I'd still return to try another pasta dish and for the garlic knots. Also note they include 22% service charge already. - 281922783/18/2023
Wow wow wow this is an amazing place!
My friend and I did not have a reservation but we decided to give it a shot on a Friday night around 8 pm. Much to our delight, they were able to accommodate us and gave us a high top table in the bar area.
The service was great, our server answered all of our questions about which dishes could be prepared without meat and what an ingredient was in one of the appetizers. The menu also says it has a 22% service fee so at least it's clear up front. When we got the bill, it was also stamped with the fee.
We ended up getting the rapini to share, which I highly recommend. It was perfectly blanched and the sauce was an incredible balance of acid and salt. My friend and I each ordered a pasta dish for our main. It looks like the menu rotates seasonally. I ordered the malfade with pork ragu, kale, breadcrumbs, and cheese. It was so rich and delicious. My friend ordered the chitarra with garlic and oil and also enjoyed it.
In addition to the excellent food and service, the restaurant is beautiful and has great ambiance. It's not too dark or too loud, but certainly has mood lighting and feels special, almost festive. - 1531571344/26/2023
Do not sleep on this hidden gem! Make reservations well in advance, super small place that fills up fast. Excellent service, thanks Sofia, and everything was mind blowing. Garlic knots soft like croissants like Omg don't skip them. Grapefruit mezcal cocktail was bomb. Ravioli insanely well balanced flavors. Dessert was very impressive the ice cream custard flavors will surprise you! Great wine selection too!

Excellent service, nice cozy interior.  But food was not quite up to snuff.  Came with some friends and we shared the garlic knots (definitely the best thing on the menu -salty and crispy and ever so garlicky).  The squash blossom arancini were like little fried risotto balls, but the flavors were muted. The fresh mozzarella with  fava beans was also pretty bland and the beans were a little hard like they were undercooked. The tuna tartare tasted fresh but the seasoning was uninspired.  We also tried the duck tagliatelle with fava beans. The pasta was nice and cooked al dente, but the fava beans were again undercooked. We also got the bucatini without the lamb sausage and while the flavors were nice, it was also not super flavorful.  Wines are pretty pricey for the quality, so overall I thought the meal was overpriced.

Love this place! The ambience is very date night friendly - dark and cozy but inviting. It's definitely in the pricey side but honestly the food was great and for that we will go again. You have to get the garlic knots! It's an unassuming menu item but they are fried pieces of dough with the lightest fluffy interior. We also got the rapini which had a wonderful savory sauce that complimented the bitterness. I loved the pistachios in the bucatini and the sausage was pretty spicy but paired well with the more muted creamy sauce.
