DO NOT USE - they have poor communications. They gladly book your appointment, send daily reminder notices, and then the day before cancel on you. A text said they had more "extreme emergencies" to deal with instead of mine and were now booked for the next week. No phone call, no rescheduling assistance; my 4 calls to them left with their answering service went unanswered, email bounced back, and after several texts, the one response finally was telling me to use a different company. Poorly run operations. THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS.

Don't let them screw around with you either...do as they advise and use someone else.

When my water heater burst in the middle of the night on a Friday, John from Restoration1 did a very thorough job of assessing and itemizing the water damage. He worked an entire afternoon removing damaged materials and setting up equipment and he was very polite, conscientious, and he answered all my questions. Everyone who moved equipment in and out and checked on levels of dampness was very careful and very personable. I would definitely recommend Restoration1 for any water damage issues.

A contractor was doing some work upstairs when they cut through a water pipe, causing water to pour down through the ceiling and floors of the first floor and into the basement. Luckily, I was home and was able to shut off the water and help soak up as much water as possible but still there was moisture that towels can't soak up in the ceiling/walls/floors. Hector and Mike from Restoration 1 of Central Denver came quickly, assessed the damage, provided a remediation solution and a quote. They were professional and helpful in such a stressful time. We started the remediation work the next morning and in a couple days those areas were completely dry. Hector was so incredibly patient with me. I normally like to let professional do their thing, I'll ask questions but mostly I'll just try to be out of their way. After this situation though I wanted to make sure that I'm just as in the weeds as they are. Hector walked through and did moisture readings with me and described what ranges are acceptable and showed the thermal imaging before and after. It definitely instilled a lot of confidence. I hope that I won't need them in the future lol but if I ever find myself in need of water remediation I will definitely call on them again.

As a new homeowner, I had no idea what to do when a valve in my kitchen leaked into the downstairs unit, causing water damage. Luckily Restoration 1 was able to arrive quickly, use their high-tech equipment to check for water and mold, photograph everything and give me a detailed estimate of what needed to be done and how much it would cost.
They worked with my neighbor to complete the industrial drying, rebuild and paint job on days that were convenient for her work schedule and provided photographs documenting the entire process.
I am so relieved to know this job was done right: There is no mold growing in our walls, and the finished work looks fantastic--as good as new!

Our dishwasher leaked and ended up flooding part of our basement ceiling. Hector was very knowledgeable, professional, kind! This company works with the insurance company and are punctual as well. I would highly recommend this company! We truly lucked out by finding this company!
