      Just when I thought customer service in the world was dead, these guys restored my faith.

      Firstly, their punctuality was remarkable. They arrived right on schedule, fully prepared to tackle the job. Their respect for my schedule was greatly appreciated.

      The installation process itself was seamless. The team displayed an impressive level of industriousness, working diligently to ensure the job was done right. Their expertise in HVAC systems was evident, as they skillfully navigated through the installation, making what seemed like a complex task appear effortless. They didn't cuss and complain like workers from other companies I've hired in the past, they were true professionals. I've had workers go on a full-on F-bomb tantrum because of their frustrations with the installation, the heat, the cramped spaces, etc etc. It's not cool when people do that and they make the customer super uncomfortable.

      What truly set Rescue One Air apart was their attention to detail, especially in terms of cleanliness. Post-installation, they meticulously cleaned up, leaving my space just as they found it, if not better. This level of consideration is rare and showed their respect for my home.

      Before they left, they took the time to walk me through the functionality of the new system, ensuring everything was in perfect working order. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done before considering their job complete.

      Rescue One is still going strong!

      I have only used Rescue One Air for my yearly AC and Heater check-ups. Sadly, my favorite technician is no longer there and I was a little apprehensive on who they might send out. Jason showed up and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Jason showed me a major problem in my attic that ultimately resulted in me purchasing a whole new split system for my house. Jason was not pushy and did not try to up sale me a system I did not need. There prices were very fair and I was offered a discount for having a maintenance plan with them.

      Within a few days installers arrived and my new heat pump and AC unit were installed. The installers were great from start to finish but they did have to cut the trim around my attic to bring everything in and out. I was assured that the office would be contacting me to have a professional drywaller come out and fix everything and they did that very same day.

      I highly recommend Rescue One Air for anyone looking for a reputable company that actually cares about their clients. They are never pushy and make you feel very comfortable doing business with them.

      Rarely do I give reviews. I have lived in Phoenix for 24 years and my A/C system was 24 years old. I needed a replacement. I have dealt with A/C contractors for decades and many of my experiences were not good. I was referred to Rescue One Air and gave them a call on Monday. A sales tech, Caleb came to my home on Tuesday and inspected my system. He provided a detailed quotation and explained the installation process. He was courteous, professional and provided no sales pressure whatsoever. I called him on Thursday and told him I wanted to proceed. He was at my home within 2 hours to complete the paperwork. I paid a deposit for the system. A crew was scheduled for the next day at 8:00AM and they arrived on time. In less than 5 hours, Ivan and his crew installed a new Carrier A/C system with outside and inside components. They completely removed the old system and did not leave a trace of debris at my home. They tested the new system and explained the thermostat and filter requirements. In less than 5 hours, cars were back in the garage and driveway and my home was pleasantly cold. After installation, Caleb called within 1 hour to do a phone follow-up. Rescue One Air has even scheduled another follow-up for next week to ensure my new A/C system has met my needs and expectations.       Caleb, sales representative, was my first contact with Rescue Air. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, and made an overall great presentation without sales pressure. The installation team, including the Perez brothers and two others was on time, organized, and did what I thought was an extremely efficient and professional installation. When they left both the inside and outside of my home was cleaner than prior to the installation.My congratulations to the entire team at Rescue air.

      9-08-23:
      Arrived home @ 3pm to a rapidly warming home with temp reaching 80 degrees instead of 75 degrees.
      Called Rescue One Air who sent "Terry" for repair.
      Terry immediately noticed ice formation by the main line plus signs of leaking freon also on the gravel.
      Upon removal of the tape and foam wrapped on the main line he pointed to the corroded leaking area.
      Corroded leaking in line coupler that should have been repaired with a new coupler during the initial new system installation on June-02-2023!!!
      Terry immediately turned the system Fan on to defrost the ice formation in the attic system.
      After water slowed down from rapid drainage via defrosting, Terry proceeded to charge up the system for a temporary fix since he did not have the SharkBite Coupler which had to be procured.

      9-09-23:
      I called Rescue One Air and specifically asked for "Terry" to be the return technician for repair work!!!

      9-12-23:
      Repair Technician "Terry" arrived and proceeded to install the new SharkBite Coupler.
      Now that is what you call taking pride in your top-notch first class maintenance repair techniques!!!
      Vacuumed leak tested & System recharged great!!!
      Thank you very much Terry for an Outstanding Repair Job well done with so much PRIDE!!!

      To have honest,dependable,professional customer service to appear at one`s door these days is unusual. Jacob was that technician.
      Jacob was knowledgeable and was able to explain what we did not fully understand.

      It's Saturday morning and for only 19.95 I was able to renew 1 year of maintenance for our AC unit. Scott D. Was the expert field tech that showed up. Great attention to detail. He walked me through the details of the contract and possible options for an upgrade that's needed for my AC.

      I have to say I'm really impressed with the degree to which this company turned a bad experience around. I had posted a review previously sharing concerns I had and the owner of the company reached out immediately and made it clear getting to the bottom of what happened and making it right was a priority.

      I understand that hiccups can occur in any company, but it's how a company responds and does next that makes the difference.

      I'm a little late on reporting this but I want to let you know that Joshua Edwards of Rescue one air heating and cooling was amazing I signed up with them because I was dealing with another company that never showed up and when they did they didn't take care of the unit for me and they were the original company when we bought our home in 2019 Rescue one air had made a visit here and checked out everything for us and then I had my second visit for maintenance on January 20 24 and even learn things about my air conditioning and also that my fire alarm kept going off and it's because he said it's because it was too close to my stove and it was actually a fire and carbon monoxide monitor that's combined and it was picking up the gas from my stove and causing my alarm to go off but I want to tell you they are so efficient and nice and I had made sure I signed up with them to have maintenance until 2028 because I am so thrilled about there professionalism and quick response and I'm hoping that when you use them, just make sure and ask for Joshua Edwards, because he was amazing
