Rennie's Landing

The most relaxing place near the University of Oregon campus to grab a drink with friends. The dutch colonial exterior and equaly cozy interior is one of the places to just chill. A small counter provides beer on tap and a few places to sit. Pool tables sit to the left while the main seating area is to the right. Up a set of stairs is a larger seating area, an outdoor porch area, and a second bar to refill beverages without going far. A thing to note is the fun trivia night this place is known for, as it's both hectic and fun. The food is pretty good for bar food fare, but nothing stands out. A local favorite is the simple tater tots covered in cheese and bacon bits; a no-fuss plate of comfort.

First time here! Driving through for work! Glad I stopped. Hummus plate was all SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS!! Ribeye cooked to perfection!

Rennies will always have a special place in my heart as it is a staple college bar In Eugene. I've been coming here for the past 2 years and have always had a blast. Karaoke Monday and Trivia Tuesdays are definitely the move but go early or it will be hard to find a seat. Thursday - Saturday are usually pretty packed but you can always manage to have a good time here! Try the Rennies lemonade if your looking for a starter drink!

This is definitely more of a college bar on the weekends so you can expect a younger croud with cheap food and drinks. If your looking for a more upscale place, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I had the displeasure of visiting Rennie's in November of 2023 and it was one of the worst service experiences I have ever encountered in my entire life. I'm always reluctant to give bad reviews, but this was earned.

It has been many years since I have frequented this place. We stopped in not long ago on a Saturday afternoon with my oldest Son to have a drink after having lunch near by. We went to the bar upstairs so we can sit outside. We were served right away, and the lady helping us was nice. I have never had food from here, so I can't really comment on the food. I ended up having a flavored Red Bull drink. I wasn't a fan of the flavor Red Bull. Not the bartenders fault. Just the Red Bull wasn't what I was expecting. It was a flavor I had not tried before. When we wanted more drinks it seems like the service was a little slower. It is your typical college sports bar. It gets pretty packed at night. At least from what I can remember.

Rennie's used to be the go to bar in Eugene for its good food, good drinks and it's great customer service. Recently in the past months Rennys has not been the same. On multiple occasions, a bartender with an upper lip piercing has been rude and degrading toward attendees at the bar.

He's angry every time I've been in there and seems annoyed by people trying to buy drinks. He often doesn't hesitate to bark orders at customers and shout in their face.

I have spoken to many people who have shared the same experience and hope something can be done about his bad attitude and behavior.

Their bouncer, agreed to drive my drunk friend home but, doesn't agree to let my sober friend order a bitter and soda and they didn't
Want to make a the drink even tho it's a non alcoholic drinks.

My daughter and I walking by decided to stop for apps and a drink. We were greeted by an awesome bartender (I got her name but lost the receipt I wrote it down on) Megan I think?
Drinks were awesome cold and perfect! The food was delicious probably best chicken tenders we've had.
My daughter ordered the chicken tenders with sidewinder fries MUST ORDER their sidewinder
Fries. I just had Motz sticks they were delicious didn't have any freezer type flavor tasted fresh and the cheese was perfect amount lots!!!

We will be returning next month when we are back in OR.

Don't go here if it's your 21st!!! They will deny you service!!!! We were a polite group taking my friend to the bar for the first time and she left very flustered

Terrible service, was here for a PAID private event & at the end of the event I was walking out & the bar tender asked me to leave when I AM 21 & had to close my tab. As Someone who has worked in a bar for 3 years this behavior is less than acceptable. Absolutely will not be back, this is super disappointing. Rennies should 100% reevaluate their staff.

The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The bartender Cassidy repeatedly harassed me and my friends over a microphone because she thought she saw my friend vaping, which she was not. when i said something in defense of my friend, Cassidy threatened to kick me out. At one point she was screaming in my friend's face and none of the managers intervened until my friends and I said something. it was humiliating, degrading and a disgusting display of unprofessionalism. Cassidy needs to be fired because this is clearly not the first time she has harassed customers.
