My install is going on right now! I have spent years managing construction projects and would GLADLY hire these guys on any job I have need of them.... They are PHENOMENAL!

The first day ended with all windows changed out on the second floor and most of the first floor..... It was a cool night and my auto set thermostat got readjusted THAT NIGHT as the cold intrusion of my old windows was GONE. The second day sealed up the garage which was very apparent when I started the car and had to run back inside for a forgotten item and the setting off of my CO alarm! Day three ended with an AMAZING new front door, fantastic trim completion and two new screen doors.... One of which they are removing and rehanging tomorrow because "they were not happy with the way it turned out" and which is a lot better than what I had! Tomorrow comes the new French door.....

Anderson products are phenomenal looking! Much better than the Pella and Larson aluminum stuff you can see the bearing marks in and which cost the same or more...... Not a cheap window by any means and they function flawlessly!

We recently decided to replace a large patio door in our home. We had a sales rep from Renewal come to our home to do an estimate and the whole experience was a debacle. We wound up with a verbal estimate in excess of $34,000 for a 9 foot door and ended up being given information for a brand we'd never heard of because apparently Anderson couldn't provide the door we needed (we wanted Anderson because ALL of the windows in our home are Anderson.) The sales rep wasn't knowledgeable, we were never sent a written estimate and when we voiced this concern to the office in Peoria we still received no information. We were very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Suffice it to say our purchase will NOT be with this company.

We had all of our windows replaced in August of 2020. The installation went fine and we lovef our windows. In March of this year, while wshing the windows, we noticed that a screen had a broken frame. When I called thee company they said they would get the measurements from the original order and get a new one ordered right away. To make a long story short. It us now October and after much communication, promises made, and excuses, we have yet to to receive the screen. Good news on Monday....the screen was finally in and it would be delivered and installed between 1 and 3 on Tuesday. That morning, we called and asked for them to come at 3 because we had another commitment. When we got home at 3, thebscreen had been left on our front porch. Guess what? It is the wrong size. Today a man called and said the he would be at our house in 1 and 1/2; to remeasure and order another a screen. When 2 hours had passed my husband called him and he said he had decided to go to Champaign before coming here so now we are on hold again. Even after he comes today, will it be another 7 months until we get a new screen installed?
Another question, our windows have a warranty, but what if something happens to one if them, will we have to live with plastic up for months and months? We have no faith in this company and will never make another purchase or recommend Renewal by Anderson!

Love my new windows! I had 10 windows replaced and a sliding door replaced with double french doors.

The products are great! They are good quality and they offer excellent views even with the screens - it looks like they are not even there. The best part is the front side of my house used to be really hot from the sun shining thru the windows all the time. Now the front half of the house is the same temperature as the back side of the house.

The sales representative, installers and repair people are all top notch. They were polite and professional to myself and my children. Could not ask for a better team.

I called Renewal thinking I needed a new front door because the windows on the side had lost their seal with black rubber showing inside the panes of the windows. When the sales guy came out to give me a quote, he also gave me the name of a local glass company that could just repair the glass panes for hundreds of dollars cheaper. I appreciated that so much and chose the less expensive repair.

Love the windows that we had put in by this group. Sales guys were friendly and made us feel like an important part of their business. The installation was flawless; cleaned up after themselves and even showed me what they were doing when I was around -- pretty cool. Based on how much insulation they had to use, we clearly needed these! Glad to see they don't skimp on quality -- not sure we would have received that with another window company.

I will continue to recommend these guys to anyone looking for windows and doors!

Cannot say enough great things about the crew who came to our house. They were professional and it showed in the product they installed. I would definitely recommend Phil and Renewal by Anderson - they were great to work with!

I recently purchased a replacement patio door. I'm very satisfied with the door and how it looks. All the windows in my condo are Andersen, so it was a easy choice in deciding to have a Andersen door. I made an appointment with the general manager at the store. Because I work full time and live in Normal, he was willing to stay after hours to show me the door and talk to me about it. That was awesome he did that. The door arrived in less than 5 weeks. The installers arrived on time when they said they would be at my place. They worked hard installing the door, in no time at all it was installed. They even cleaned up after themselves! Overall, their customer service is great and very professional. I wish I could give them 10 stars on here.
