I am so happy one of my neighbors in Falls Church recommended her to me! It was soooo nice having someone who was so pleasant and such an expert. I couldn't have asked for more.

I also watched her sell my friend's house in Falls Church while he was out-of-state and could do nothing at all to assist her the whole time. She arranged for/oversaw repairs, cleaning, and some remodeling of my friend's house. Sold it quickly for over-asking price. He was happily stunned at the result!

Renata is a terrific agent. She is deeply knowledgeable both for buying and selling in Arlington. She listened carefully to our needs, saved us time by helping us avoid houses that weren't a fit and ultimately found us a wonderful house. When we were debating between two homes, she had great insight on the pros and cons.

Renata was absolutely wonderful in selling my father's N. Arlington home and helping us buy a new condo for him in Alexandria. I first reached out to Renata because my father wasn't sure if he wanted to sell the house on the open market or to a developer. She helped us understand the pros and cons and get a realistic picture of what work was needed to get a good price. She was incredibly patient with my father, who was quite anxious about the whole process. She brought in handymen, painters, and stagers, getting the place ready in record time. We received 2 offers over asking almost immediately. She also helped us to buy a condo in Alexandria. While an easier process, she asked all of the questions we wouldn't have thought to ask, brought in an outside inspector, and helped to ensure that everything was ready for my father to move in. It made a very stressful time much easier. I will be eternally grateful to her.

Renata took a massive amount of stress out of selling our condo. She was there for advice and support. She explained the market and gave us extensive research for us to help us make the best choices. She even ordered our chandelier and bought the lightbulbs SEVERAL times when we couldnt get the lighting right. Just to give you and idea of how invested she is in you and selling your home. She knows selling a home is stressful. We followed her formula for selling and we sold our home in opening weekend over selling price despite some weak selling points on our home. Pretty much thanks to Renata. When we bought that place it was on the market 3 months. It was the best decision we could have made. Lovely lady. She always gets back to you right away too.

As first-time homebuyers, dual-military, out-of-state residents, who were unfamiliar with the area, Renata was a dream to work with. We had such an incredible experience, and Renata helped to coach us through the whole process. She even helped us see our perfect home was available, with just a little bit of work. First time, military buyer and a trusted friend connected me with Renata. I was semi-working with 2 realtors prior to her and was left unimpressed. No one seemed unique aside from saying "I'm a realtor" and passing me the same boring website with the same standard search engine every typical realtor uses--much of which I had to input myself. Why am I giving them a cut of my $$ when I am out searching on my own using these boring links? I was more than happy to have this friend pass me her info to see if she might have been different. I went out with Renata once or twice looking at places and early on I didn't see any differences yet. But we looked at one place that I ended up LOVING--and when I started moving fast on it I realized Renata was already ahead of me and ready to help me jump through the gates I was not yet aware of as a first time buyer. However, then we came to a roadblock realizing this dream place didn't allow dogs...which I could not give up. Watching my parents recently go through the buying process I knew I had to hold off getting excited about a place until the contract got accepted. But 2 days later I got a text and an email from Renata as she dug through local properties and found me one that was almost identical to the unit I lost out on, with minor adjustments. She helped me negotiate a deal on the property, and she swiftly alerted me when another offer was about to be made on the place and again helped me sprint to get a fair, negotiated offer in that would give me a chance against the competition. I/we closed on my condo today and it was great having her help me through every--single--step of the process. Even when I texted her random questions on weekend night, she would respond. I look forward to buying through her again, and trying to sell through her if she thinks aqua blue kitchen cabinets are even marketable. She might accept that challenge...for a price.

Simply said, she is on your side and will help you every step of the way. Will definitely only work with her as long as I live in northern Virginia.

Renata is fantastic! I had been renting in Arlington for two and a half years, and I decided I wanted to buy a condo and stay in the area. I had originally started my search with another realtor, who was extremely unprofessional and at the end of the day, only cared about getting paid.

I was referred to Renata by my mother, and am SO glad I made the switch over! Although she might be juggling several clients at once, she makes you feel like you're the only one, and a top priority. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable in real estate (especially Arlington), and she communicates/updates regularly. During closing especially, she will give you a weekly check list of what things to do, and any updates from other parties as well- extremely helpful!

One of her best qualities that I appreciated the most is that she does not beat around the bush, and she gives you her most truthful, honest opinion about any sort of situation. She knows how to comfort/calm you down when you're feeling high strung in the stressful process of buying a home!
