I went to the Skateway location. I had never been before and this was my first massage. The lady at the front desk gave me a tour beforehand. I had Heidi and she was very informative and nice. She explained everything beforehand. I had an amazing deep tissue massage. Afterwards I got compression leg therapy in their beautiful waiting area.

The facility was very clean, the aromatherapy was great, and the staff was amazing! Not to mention the robes were so comfortable!!

This has been my go to place since 2005. Between moves back-and-forth, this was my favorite. However, it's not the same. I miss the hair services they used to provide. My pedicures don't last. I had a big hiccup when trying to schedule a package I purchased. It wasn't handled respectfully. I will say that all of the service providers are wonderful. I go from massage services now, and love my massage provider.

My husband I went for a couples massage as well as the zero gravity bed and the cryotherapy. All of the services were phenomenal and the staff was excellent! A big shout out to Mazzy and our massage therapists Heidi and Helen! We really enjoyed our time spent at the spa! Thanks for a great experience!

I had a massage with Victoria and she was amazing!! She asked my likes and dislikes and really focused on the areas that needed it. Nice relaxing atmosphere and wonderful service! They use wonderful products! My facial with Stephanie was equally amazing!! The line of products they use are great! Really helped my sensitive skin. Autumn at the front desk was super helpful!! If you haven't tried it, you really should!!

I had a 60 min deep tissues message with Ester and it was AMAZING. Wonderful experience all the way around. Ester was so kind and gave me legit the best message I've ever had. Definitely coming back because of her!!

I was at the Renaissance today for a deep tissue massage . My therapist was Melissa and she was Awesome. Fun to talk to and she worked the knots right out. First class treatment from check in to check out. Highly recommend this place Ruth Lucas

Purchased a Valentine Sampler gift certificate with no expiration date written on the back, tried numerous times to schedule but they were booked... by the time they were available at a convenient time, they would no longer honor the certificate citing that it had expired. Not friendly. Hard to work with. Not worth the time or money.

Made an appointment 6-8 weeks out, then they had to change some stuff. Well, it didn't work out for my timeline so now I'm waiting 2 more months to enjoy a CHRISTMAS gift certificate. Very unaccommodating when it comes to scheduling and no way to get a refund that they can't even honor in a timely manner. Don't waist your money here, plenty of other places to choose from that won't have you waiting for 6 months.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I went in with blonde hair to have my roots done and highlights. My hair is greenish grey and browner. It's awful. It was so over processed on top of it !! Beware !!

I have been visiting Renaissance for years for massages and, I think, one facial and pedicure. Never had a complaint! Very accommodating when I had surgery but needed a pedicure! All my massages have been nothing short of amazing! Anytime I call, whoever answers is very pleasant and helpful! Calling soon to schedule my next massage!!
