Made and submitted an order online, then got an email one of the parts I ordered was priced wrong on their site and would be 27% more, do I still want it... after they already sold it to me...

Please use these guys instead of just going online to order parts.. They really go above and beyond, and good to keep things local.
Called today to get a replacement broiler element for my ancient GE oven. They had the part and I went down to pick it up (all good social distancing being enforced by them, by the way, with curbside-style pickup).
Got home and realized I ordered the wrong part (the lower oven element instead of the upper broiler element).
I called Jim and explained the problem and that I wasn't sure which part exactly I needed. He requested a photo, then called me back 5 minutes later to say it will take a while to order. So to save me, he's already called a competitor who does have it in stock, and asked them to hold it for me! Not only that, he offered to take the other one back for a refund, even though it's all my fault.

Just had the best experience I never expected. Chatting with one guy about what I'm working on while he's checking on prices. He calls over another guy and then proceeds to tell me NOT to buy what I came in for. I spoke for 2 mins and the guy told me exactly what to do.

Terrible attitudes and nasty customer service! Idk where these a-holes learned their skills, but they're lacking, big time, in the customer satisfaction area. They're only appliance techs- not gods!
If you like being scoffed at and talked down to, call them up. Personally, I prefer good attitudes with a good bit of wisdom sharing. It's just humane to be decent to your customers and not hang up on them when they have more than one question! Reliable Parts has over a million parts in stock to fix any GE home appliance. If you have your appliance model number, they have your part. They also offer very helpful advice. So there.
When "ol' shakey" had spun one too many unbalanced loads, it decided to dump 15 gallons of soapy water all over the garage floor. It looked like the car had attended an Elite party the night before.
Armed with $15 worth of parts, simple tools, mechanical curiosity and an earnest desire to save a couple hundred dollars, I had it fixed within an hour. Feeling it, yet?
