      Made and submitted an order online, then got an email one of the parts I ordered was priced wrong on their site and would be 27% more, do I still want it... after they already sold it to me...

      $10 is not a lot of money but enough to show their business practices.

      IMPORTANT: Reliable Parts moved to 811 Cesar Chavez, SF over the Labor Day 2016 weekend.

      Fast, professional, and most importantly, in-stock. Buying a $13.45 thermostat for our LG dryer and fixing ourselves not only saved us about $300, but it was a really good experience with my son. Thanks, Reliable Parts!

      What can I say?

      My twenty year old dryer just quit and I needed some parts.

      I walk in, give them he part numbers and within seconds he pulls the parts....writes up the bill...and I am on my way.

      Please use these guys instead of just going online to order parts.. They really go above and beyond, and good to keep things local.

      Called today to get a replacement broiler element for my ancient GE oven. They had the part and I went down to pick it up (all good social distancing being enforced by them, by the way, with curbside-style pickup).

      Got home and realized I ordered the wrong part (the lower oven element instead of the upper broiler element).

      I called Jim and explained the problem and that I wasn't sure which part exactly I needed. He requested a photo, then called me back 5 minutes later to say it will take a while to order. So to save me, he's already called a competitor who does have it in stock, and asked them to hold it for me! Not only that, he offered to take the other one back for a refund, even though it's all my fault.

      This level of service and compassion is a rare thing indeed these days!

      Just had the best experience I never expected. Chatting with one guy about what I'm working on while he's checking on prices. He calls over another guy and then proceeds to tell me NOT to buy what I came in for. I spoke for 2 mins and the guy told me exactly what to do.

      Saved me time and money, and oh by the way got my dryer up and running. I can't say enough about these guys. Do business with good people, do business here.

      These guys are great. You've got to know what part you need, as they are busy & a bit no nonsense, but helpful. Just the kind of professionalism needed when my older washer was broken & I was desperate to get hard to find parts. Thanks!

      Might pay a little more than internet price but when you're in a pinch, have no hot water, and they have what you need in stock? You love them. I do!

      Terrible attitudes and nasty customer service! Idk where these a-holes learned their skills, but they're lacking, big time, in the customer satisfaction area. They're only appliance techs- not gods!

      If you like being scoffed at and talked down to, call them up. Personally, I prefer good attitudes with a good bit of wisdom sharing. It's just humane to be decent to your customers and not hang up on them when they have more than one question! Thumbs WAY, WAY down!

      Jeez, how am I going to make this review sexy?
      It's a GE appliance parts supply, after all.

      Reliable Parts has over a million parts in stock to fix any GE home appliance. If you have your appliance model number, they have your part. They also offer very helpful advice. So there.

      When "ol' shakey" had spun one too many unbalanced loads, it decided to dump 15 gallons of soapy water all over the garage floor. It looked like the car had attended an Elite party the night before.

      Armed with $15 worth of parts, simple tools, mechanical curiosity and an earnest desire to save a couple hundred dollars, I had it fixed within an hour. Feeling it, yet?

      Did I mention I was without pants for most of this?
