Amazing doctor and staff! My 3 year daughter gets excited when we are going to doctor Rekha's office! This should tell how good they are. Fatiye (one who does initial screening)- is so loving and makes sure that the kid is as comfortable as possible during BP checks etc. You can clearly see she enjoys her work. Doctor Rekha and her assistant are very knowledgable as well and does not rush you through the appointment. The office is very clean and has toys as well. Rooms have Disney theme and my daughter always loves going to their Epcot room!

I am very happy to have found an amazing doctor for my daughter and I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new pediatrician.

Just want to write this review to talk about how amazing Rekha Manghnani is along with the rest of the Drs and staff. My son has been coming to her since he was a newborn till 4 years old. We are sad that we will no longer be coming here because we are moving to TX, we are going to miss everyone here! Hopefully I find a doctor for my son in TX as good as here. Highly recommend this office! They always listened to our concerns, visits went smooth and easy always. Thanks to Manghnani listening to my concerns about my son, my son was able to get diagnosed for autism and is getting the help he needs since he was 2 yrs old. We will truly miss everyone here and hope to visit again.

I chose this pediatrician for my newborn based on the amazing google reviews.

Phone wait times are long, and on top of that the front desk says they will call you back and they never do.

My son was not tolerating the formula very well. I visited the ER numerous times and followed up with the doctor. She mentioned it was normal and always made me feel that I was over exaggerating as a first time mom. She even told me "stop, don't take him to the ER it's not serious." Eventually I got tired of it and ended up switching pediatricians.

Turns out my son had a cow protein allergy and the milk was only making it worst. The new pediatrician actually listened to my concerns and ordered lab tests, I wish I would've switched him sooner! Now I'm still dealing with his stomach issues because it took long enough to get diagnosed.

Red flag. I reached out to her office for help and the office attendant was nice. I was glad Dr. Rekha called but hung up the phone while I was explaining the situation. She never responded to email or phone call (what a bummer!). I believe that Doctors need to be compassionate and helpful. In contrary, Dr. Rekha is very rude and don't help family in need. Others might have had good experience but I didn't.

Worst experience with the doctor and staff. They are not reachable for any calls, they charge for every single ask and records. staff is very rude and they don't even know how to talk to the patients/kid parents.

Very opinionated, narrow minded thinking. Dr. Manghnani was kind while things went her way with me doing "what she wanted in regards to MY children" BUT if I delayed any shots or decided to take more time to space out vaccinations she became agitated, minimal, moody, and sometimes belittling me as a parent. All because it wasn't to her planned schedule of what she wanted. No respect for parents wishes, she has a quota of vaccinations to be given that she wants to meet

Doctor Rekha Manghnani is the best pediatrician in Bay Area. My Kids are very happy to meet here for the wellness checkups from past 3 years. Do no think twice to choose pediatrician like her because she has more patience and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her for your kids as a pediatrician. Five start doctor, her office is also vey big and neat in Forest Avenue, San Jose location. They also follow all Covid-19 protocols.

My husband and I recently took our daughter to see Dr. Manghnani for an acute care visit. We were promptly checked in and roomed. While we waited, our daughter enjoyed the host of books available to us within our patient room. We were informed the doctor was with the patient scheduled before us but were assured she'd be in soon. Shortly after, we had the pleasure of meeting with the PA who works here. She was thorough and did a great job of answering all our questions. When Dr. Manghnani came in, she further reassured us that our daughter was doing well. Overall, we had a great experience with our visit.

We have been visiting Dr. Rekha Manghnani's office for a while now for both the kids. She has good bedside manners and always greets my kids when she sees them. She makes sure that kids are comfortable in her company. Thanks to my cousin who recommended me about her. She asks several questions pertaining to kids health, if she finds any issue she will clearly tells us the plan to address it. Also, she accommodates sick visit/walk-ins despite being full of appointments. Her new office in San Jose is also impressive with big rooms, spacious waiting area. The waiting area is full of books and had ipads to engage kids.

Although I had issues with billing one time but I guess it was little complicated situation. However I would highly recommend Dr Rekha Manghnani as she makes sure that kids and parents leave happy and are comfortable.
