Very rude customer service. The nail tech left my purse behind twice, when I asked him to grab my purse he then told me that it would be fine and I didn't need it. I then went to the dryer and he told me to leave it. I told him no I would like my purse now and from then on I received awful looks. My 2 middle finger nails came off within a matter TWO DAYS! I've never had shittier nails than I did at regal nail. I wouldn't recommend them to my 14 yr old neighbor.

I had best experience. They did my and daughter's nails for wedding. People so nice, services excellent. It's very clean, pleasant.

I got a full pedicure late Friday evening. I had to ask for all of the polish to be removed around the edges of my toenails, my feet to be exfoliated, and then had to ask for a top coat to be put on. Once I got home I realized that I had polish on my skin and that the polish didn't cover my complete toenail(s). By Sunday the polish was flaking off of my toenails. I am very disappointed that I paid for a professional job and could have done better myself!! Other than getting a very bad pedi, the technicians spoke in their language very loudly to each other the entire time. This is very rude in my opinion!
