We had to replace our 18 year old furnace. The first furnace was damaged when it came in. Not Redeemed fault. The first tech was here 8 hours and worked the entire time. My house has zones and is a little difficult. Justin came out at 7 am to complete the job.

Absolute worst service ever. Incompetent technicians. Arrived without giving notice. Had no idea how to replace outside water faucet on a new home. Brought a trainee with him. Gave an unreasonable quote from his "ipad". Still charged us $90 for nothing. Was barely at our home 10min and had no idea what he was doing. Refused to give refund. Receptionist was no help. She had no idea how to issue refunds. Just makes excuses for boss. Poor business. Thieves. Do not use this business. Take your business elsewhere.

I may have said a nice thing prior, but DON'T use or TRUST this inadequate organization and the technicians they have on staff.. Long read, promise it's worth it. Basing yourself off being Faith based you should be ashamed of themselves!!!!
I was assigned Redeemed by way of my Warranty Company, American Home Shield, the day before Thanksgiving 2023. Things were bad from the first technician that came to my home. My hearting unit ran continuously without kicking off. The tech and I spoke and I helped showing him the issue. As we talked and I explained more, I told him it's better if you hear the outside unit as well, because you're the expert. He literally replied, I'm not an expert and I'm new to this. He was on his phone constantly with his owner, while in my attic, where my furnace is, and in my home. He ended up installing a new thermostat, that he wired to only run on EMERGENCY heat, which he didn't tell me and said you're good to go. Ran out the door saying he thought he had a short day, but it just filled up. So many more calls followed because my heat STILL ran continuously. Another technician came, didn't do anything and said that he didn't have the proper equipment. Then another came, purged a line and put stop leak in it. Worked for 2 days, then recommended a new unit. Didn't have that for 3 weeks, because of AHS. THEN, the install... The two guys show up, mismatched furnace and outside unit (AHS PROBLEM), go to install and no heat. This is where I came to find out, by way of the installer talking to the other installer in my attic that the first tech had cut the wires to normal heat, reworked wrong in attic and only left emergency wired. The installer said well this should work. Finally some heat. But, they packed up and didn't wait for cycles to see if it worked correctly, just took off as quick as they could. No explainations, nothing about we found out what happened... just split! Unit wouldn't kick off when it hit a degree above the set temp. I made more calls, another tech came, messed with stuff and said if I should program your thermostat. Since he programmed it, it kicks on stage 1 and stage 2 (stage 2 is emergency heat and shouldn't happen unless below zero). I told him and he fed me some crap that it's normal for stage two to kick on all the time with electric key even if it isn't emergency.. BS!!!! Additionally, REDEEMED damaged my ceiling with water, as they uninstalled the furnace from my attic. They left water marks in my kitchen ceiling, that appeared the next morning. I called and they didn't come out until 5 days or more after to address constant running issues and the water stain. REDEEMED said, well, it's not our problem because you can't prove it. My unit still isn't running correctly after install and I've called AHS to hopefully have a better company come correct their screw ups. I can say there was one technician that was nice and he tried to be helpful, but he still, in the end, blew smoke up my you know what.. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Jami, unfortunately, we didn't meet your expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry. We aim for exceptional service, but it appears we missed the mark. As for the ceiling damage, we regret any inconvenience, but as an HVAC company, we don't handle painting or drywall. We hope for another chance to rectify the situation.

Cinch Home Warranty (my Sears warranty agreement provider) has sent me 4 different service companies the last four years. Although the techs are nice, only one provided good service and Redeemed is NOT it. 40 days after my service call (where the tech said give us a call if you have any issues and we will come back without a trip fee) my A/C went out. I called but the scheduler would not book an appt without a pmt. I called another company and found out the batteries to my thermostat were dead and the unit had not been cleaned (which I was told is standard practice for maintenance visits.) My freon level was overcharged and 1/2 lb was recovered. He worked hard over an hour to get temp differential to 20 degrees and I was back in business.
If you don't want to be scammed by a company, you might want to steer clear of Redeemed Heating and Air.

My HSA (Home Warranty Sevice assigned Redeemed to make a repair to our washing machine back in early November. The technician came and ordered a new agitator for the washing machine. About two weeks later the technician came back to install the agitator, still not noticing all 4 drum balancing arms being broke. In the meantine, the same technician was highered to look at our propane wall heater. The pilot light was not staying lit. After cleaning the heater valve, the heater worked better, but still needed the part replaced. Technician left thinking the washer was fixed and a part was coming for the heater. When I started my washing machine it spun so violently that the hose came out of the wall and flooded the laundry room. Technician came back and determined the balancing arms that hold the drum in place needed all 4 arms replaced. Parts were ordered. Washer and heater parts come in. Technician comes back, we are now in late December, the part for the heater is incorrect and the technician broke it in the heater and broke the heater by trying to force the part to fit. Only 1 of the 4 arms needed came in. Technician left again to order correct heater part and the additional balancing arms for the washer. Mid January. Washer parts finally come in. Redeemed schedules and cancels three appointments to put parts on and decides they will not fix the heater, due to the incompetance of their technician writing the repair order for a space heater (not covered by the warranty), instead of a wall furnace, (which it clearly is). And NOT TO MENTION YOUR TECHNICIAN BROKE IT!! Now because I contacted the BBB they are refusing to complete or fix any work at my house. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

on 11/20/2023, The agitator has broken were the screw mounts to shafts due to over loading the washer. We Recommend replacing the agitator because it was broken. Everything else seems to be ok by just looking at it because we couldnt run it. we Submitted for parts and autho to her home warranty. on 12/01/2023, the tech was able to replace the agitator on the washer. It is secured now he ran it on a empty load and it ran just find with no problems. 12/01/2023, The wall furnace report was intermittent lighting but consistently no staying lit. - I found the flame sensor dirty so they cleaned it and now it was working normally. on 12/12/2023, a tech took it apart and found that the thermo-coupler had a creck in it and that way it would work some times and not other. we order a universal one from the local supply house. on 12/12/2023, they found the Washer is bouncing all over in spin cycle with a load in it. we Recommend replacing the suspension rods. on 12/19/2023, there Home warranty only sent one rod. and the washer Needed 4.
on 12/19/2023, we couldn't get the old thermo- coupler to came apart from the bracket see in photos attached. It looked liked as one whole piece. at the port we call there home warranty to order the part this time because we could not find the part. they wanted Photos of it and i sent them to them and they came back to us telling us, those types of heaters are not covered under her contract. 01/23/2024, the technician was running behind and was running late so he called the homeowner to explain that he will still be on his way, but he is going to be a little late in the customer said they Needed to reschedule. They said it was getting too late. Our office tried a couple times today to call them to get them rescheduled. They had a busy signal on their phone and I'm able to get a hold of them at this time. We have contacted the Home Warranty to let them know of the situation as far as paying for laundry bill and Heating bill, we are not going to do that due to her not responsible for her machines breaking down and we are not the ones ordering parts and missed order the parts the first time making it take longer than normal she can get with her Home Warranty company about that. - Susan B.Bois D'Arc, MO04Aug 7, 2023
Stay away from this company. Hottest summer yet, they told us on two occasions they would submit information to our home warranty company. Each time we gave them a day to submit then followed up. Then found that they didn't submit anything and won't because they don't work with that home warranty company. I called and talk to Ashton who said we would have to submit the information and we would have to pay out of pocket then go to the home warranty company. Okay. I need the estimate. They gave me a two line estimate. I needed line item and called Ashton back. She said she would get it to me. That was on a Thursday. Nothing from Redeemed on Monday by 3:00. I call again and talked the receptionist who came back on the line and said I was to talk with Justin. He argued with me that he doesn't do anything with my home warranty company. I was asking him to but what I needed was a line item estimate. He can't give that to me because my home warranty company will try to not pay for items. But I'm paying out of pocket it doesn't matter.
I could not get this person to understand that it was not about the money part, I'm fine with their rules. What I wanted him to understand was that multiple promises were made but nothing done with the promises. They have left us in the 100+ temperatures for 9 days with nobody doing anything. Nobody communicating.
I now have to find another company to fix our air conditioner. This is the worse vendor I have had to deal with for many years.

Again I’m sorry you fell this way but like I told you we don’t do work for your home warranty company because they don’t pay. we sent a you a estimate but you wanted it broken down-per item and but we don’t do that we give upfront pricing.

Very rude and disrespectful. Couldn't even get passed an initial call regarding a claim with my home warranty without be spoken to in a condescending manner. I was told by the rude girl that answered the phone that Redeemed refused my home warranty claim to fix my A/C because the outside temperature needs to be above 65 degrees, and guess what, this Friday it will be 70 degrees. See screenshot of weather forecast for this week.
After reading the other reviews, I'm actually very grateful Redeemed refused my claim. Sounds like you saved me a lot of money and a big headaches. What has happened to good customer service??! I’m sorry you feel this way. your home warranty that we are not set up with all the way yet called us yesterday and we told them that we can’t see the job but when the told us it was a Air conditioner we told them it was to cold to check ac in the middle of December it would have to be above 65 at side. your home warranty call and canceled with us. All calls are recorded with we could post it to show the truth. And if you go to google we have a very good rating.

They were quick and fixed not only the AC but found where my heat exchanger was also damage and quickly went to work to fix it.

- Very laid back
- It has been a month now to get my HVAC system fixed, the new compressor they installed broke down on the same day it was installed, so far they don't know why it broke down.
- Very difficult to get them to answer the phone
- No sense of urgency at all

Ahmed, when it comes to your HVAC system, urgency is definitely important, and you shouldn't be waiting a month to get it fixed. We're sincerely sorry if it seemed as though we were taking our time and not putting your repair first. We're working to get the compressor fixed to ensure that it's back up and running and doesn't break down again. However, we would appreciate if you take the negative review down -- it's upsetting to read when we care a great deal about our customers. The Redeemed team removed my furnace to install a new one. The furnace they had brought to replace the old one was the wrong size so they had to go back to the warehouse to get the right size. They did this twice before they realized that don't even have the correct furnace in stock and had to order it. So they put the old furnace back in and when they did so, they didn't tighten any of the fittings. As they were leaving, I said, 'I smell gas.' The installer told me that was normal when removing/installing a furnace. I left my house for about 5 hours and when I returned the smell of gas was so strong in the house I got an instant headache. I called 911 and they told me to get out of the house immediately. I grabbed my 3 dogs and got out of there. The fire department and **** Utilities arrived, turned off the gas and aired out my house. Neither could believe that such shoddy work was done with something as dangerous as gas. The fire department remarked that it was a miracle that the dogs were even alive. A week later I got the new furnace put in. I wanted to speak to the owner about this whole situation but no one would put me in touch with him. When I finally spoke to the manager, his attitude was, 'you got your furnace put in so what else do you want? There was no real apology. Nothing about looking into the gas leak situation so this doesn't happen to someone else. Nothing. The manager was just rude and uncaring. Be careful hiring this company. You run the risk of your house exploding from a gas leak. They have no idea what some of their installers are doing.
