Red Roof Inn Jacksonville - Cruise Port

Terrible. Vile. Unclean surroundings. 3 pubic hairs found in the unwashed sink. Bath tub not clean. Window askew so could not secured. Non smoking room has ash sprinkled all over window sill. Run away!

The manager was super nice. We arrived very early for our cruise exhausted from a long drive. She allowed us to check in early without any problem. We had plenty of fresh towels, and slept great. They have security and surveillance for the parking lot and offer parking for cruisers. It is an older hotel and in need of many repairs, but overall we were satisfied with it.

Man oh man. The staff at the front desk was fantastic but everything else about this "hotel" was crucial. If you got to spend that extra $150 to late your head at night not worried about your window getting busted into or your door getting unlocked at night, don't stay here. Very interesting stay. No bed bugs though. I'd say if you plan to stay a while then go for it but the attraction you get from everyone else (not the staff) is no bueno señorita/señor

i would give no stars if i could but the one star i have to give would at least go to the lady at the front desk who was very accommodating since the rooms are disgusting and inhumane to say the least. I would never stay here if i was payed to but it was our only option after endless traveling. don't stay here unless you want a hooker, meth, or a disease. wish we never stopped here but 3rd party hotel apps lied about how this place really is.

You definitely get what you pay for at this "hotel". The people behind the desk were not wearing mask or it was below their mouth. The room was ok to be polite. They didn't have pillow cases on any of the pillows or even a blanket on the bed as the bare minimum. The deposit was only $50 because there are is nothing in the room but a tv and chair. No mini fridge or microwave let alone a working remote. Alice was super friendly in the front but I won't be returning, personally I would rather take my money elsewhere.

I've paid twice as much for 'nicer' hotels
I've become so fed-up with dealing with 'snotty' front desk staff!
I check in to other 'nicer' hotels, its like I'm at the DMV and they're doing 'me' favor providing me the room I paid for.
HOWEVER!!!!! SHAWN & TY at Red roof Inn Cruiseport are ALWAYS sooo welcoming, Professional and Cordial. Check-in is a delight!

Specifically, you should stay at at Red roof Inn Cruiseport Because:
They've got the hottest shower water and pressure, of any hotel in Jacksonville,
they've ALSO got the best WIFI of any hotel in Jacksonville,

There is nothing worse than paying double for a nicer hotel and not being able to binge watch netflix, followed by a luke-warm shower.

After visiting several Higher priced hotels, I decided NO MORE! Of their snotty front desk staff, snotty WIFI or snotty showers. Yeah, their hotels were 'prettier', but ultimately, I want to be comfortable. Save your money, sta at (Red roof Inn Cruiseport )!

HORRIBLE! Drug deals going down out of the lobby; in fear for my safety. The room was horrible- filing a complaint with corporate for full refund.

This was the grossest place we have ever stayed. My family is not picky, we stay at lower prices hotels through all of our travels. This place should just have CRACK HOUSE written on the front. There was garbage in the halls, the room smelled of weed and mold, and the people who seemed to "live" here were yelling and screaming through the evening. The bathtub was something that I could never have been in. It was black with dirt and the soap in the room was so old it was molded.
DONT.... DO NOT take your family here. Make a drug deal or have a few meths here...

This place is not what I expected, they say to be smoke free but you can clearly smell it all over the place outside the building, in the hallways, and especially in the rooms. The bed sheets and comforters looked used, they probably weren't even washed at any point. The bathroom floor was dirty the cabinets don't even stay closed on their own. The tv remote didn't even work and there are barely any channels to watch. We didn't even get any WiFi information. No mini fridge or microwave and the windows are dirty. They charge way too much for such crappy place.

My husband and I spent the weekend here, never again. As we walked up to the doors it reeked of pot. There was a woman doing meth. And the lady at the front desk didn't care. It took her 2 hours to get us our room key after we booked it online. She allowed a guy to run in and out of the lobby selling pot. During the day they were dealing out the windows on the first floor. At night they would stand in the parking lot smoking and selling. It reeked of pot inside the building, mind you there are signs all over that say non-smoking. It's in a horrible area. This is the first time I've ever feared leaving the room during the day while my husband was at work. The room was dirty, pillows flat. The coffee machine had roach feces in it. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

WHAT A DUMP! Worst room I ever stayed in. Price for a better hotel is not a problem, this place is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!

The corridor carpets are filthy and they stink. There is no elevator so if you are handicapped.. forget it!
Had to stay in a room that accepts dogs.
The phone does not work. Guess they don't check that when they clean the rooms. The beds are on a pedestal so they slide when you sit of the cheap mattress.

My advice: don't ever stay here!!
