What a positive, non-pressured and successful experience we had with Nathan in the Southwest store. my husband and I each bought a pair of outstanding tennis shoes. Nathan was very experienced and educated with what our needs were. He was very patient and wanted us to be perfectly happy with our selection. You will totally be happy with his experience and service when choosing the right tennis shoe.

Honestly just walked in because I have been looking into trying trail running and didn't really know what to expect. After feeling so welcomed when I walked in and even though they were super busy I had someone immediately help me. They did an awesome foot assessment and helped get to the right footwear for me. After the assessment they brought out a few choices of shoe to try on, each with different feel and it didn't seem like I was just being brought out the most expensive shoes.

After trying on all three I picked the shoe that felt right for me I wandered around to see what else I might want to pick up. Initially I just wanted to get idea and was going to price match other places. The prices at red rock running company are very comparable with little to no mark up. Highly recommend if you are even considering getting into running or hitting the trails. Thank you so much for the great experience. I'll definitely be back.

Stopped by to get some new running shoes. I was helped by an Assistant Manager, he was great. Bought me three shoe selections and suggested some socks also. It was a bit pricey but comparable to most stores. I should have tried my shoes on the treadmill before I left but other than that, good experience.

Great company! I am new to running and just did my first half marathon! I went to Red Rock Running Company about a month and a half before my race because my Hokas felt like they didn't have any bounce in them and they just didn't feel right.

Nathan helped me out and he immediately pointed out that my current shoes were not the best for me. I have very wide feet and high arches and Nathan helped get me a pair of Brooks, arch supports, and socks! It all made such a big difference. He was very knowledgeable and he could even tell by the way I walked which shoes I felt the most comfortable in. Come race time I had NO foot or knee problems.

Walked in to hunt for new running shoes and met the manager, Michael. He was really friendly and immediately helped me get fitted for a proper shoe and test out a variety of brands. He gave plenty of great advice on proper fitting and the value of proper supportive insoles. Will be coming back in the future! Thanks Michael!

In January I started back to the gym after taking 30 yrs off. I had some super comfortable lightweight shoes but they were not sturdy/stable enough for the gym. Also, I had an MCL acting up. Alexis at the Centennial store set me up with a GREAT pair of shoes that were immediately very comfortable and stable. I bought the shoes and ran out the door to an appointment. I had no idea they would measure your feet AND have you stand on that pad thing that maps your arches. They worked great for the gym and I went back later for the inserts she mentioned and that helped even more. I will be going back for another pair of these Brooks. Thanks Alexis!
P.S. I had a friend visiting from out-of-state who had some old knee injuries bothering her so we went straight to RR Running Company the day she flew in. She ended up with a different brand that she loves as well.

Had a great experience today. I recently started a new fitness routine and I was in dire need of better shoes. When I walked in, it was clear it had been a busy day. That did not keep me from getting great customer service. The rep who helped me gave me completely individualized attention and brought me out several shoes in several sizes until we found the best ones.

He didn't pressure or rush me. He took his time and we found a great new shoe! I did my first workout in them right after I left and my toes were so happy.

Once again, Michael is an excellent manager. It is reflected in how pleasant and fun his staff are. Shoe knowledge and evaluation of customers' needs are obviously a top priority. Customer service is top shelf! I love going in and getting a hug from Michael!!
