I haven't had red lobster in years and was pleasantly surprised by our food here! It did take a little while for our group to be met and seated, however our server was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was quiet and clean which was very nice! Red lobster has added several new items to their menu which was great, especially when it came to picking out combinations/specials. My boyfriend and I had a seafood combo that was plenty enough to share between two people, including lobster, crab, two kinds of shrimp and two sides! Everything was wonderful besides the crab legs. I was disappointed in them as they were small with little meat inside and very much overcooked! The rest of the meal was pretty flavorful and prepared nicely. I usually am not a fan of Red Lobster but this location and recent menu updates have changed my opinion!

I was quoted 10-15 mins today. And I literally sat and wait for 40 mins with no signs of even being seated. Business needs much better communication. IF YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED JUST SAY THAT! Don't give someone false timeframes. Business was very slow. Not many tables seated.

We went last week to Red Lobster in Burlington! It took about 5 Minutes for someone to look up and came up and greeted us! A nice young lady came up and took our order at 4:30! At 5:07 ask could my son have his appetizer? Had it like 10 minutes! We sat there another30 minutes finally our order came out @5:35
Our order came out!!! Never was asked if we wanted any more? More drinks? More Dessert?
I sent the manager a text never heard a word from him either? Really Red Lobster?
I know there were staff in the kitchen

Do not know how food & service are there. Parking lot practically empty on Sunday at 3:30pm. Walked in and hostess said wait was 45 minutes to 1 hour. Now mind you the restaurant was practically empty. If she had an explanation she wasn't forthcoming. This happens in Greensboro too. My very last visit to a Red Lobster anywhere.

This place fucking sucks, ordered ultimate shrimp and the only thing ultimate here is the fucking wait. This place is terrible and the staff was getting high instead of checking on their fucking tables. Can't wait for this shithole to close the fuck down

It was hardly any people when we went so it was a quick seating which was a place. It didn't take long for the food to come out either. My kids wanted to try lobster for the first time and my youngest (7 years old) devoured hers lol My oldest (10 years old) took her time since she was more in her phone watching Netflix. The endless shrimp was really good especially the grilled shrimp. I also tried the butterfly shrimp and the shrimp scampi shrimp. The shrimp scampi shrimp doesn't come with pasta it is strictly shrimp. The waitress we had was really nice and she kept the refills coming which is always a plus. We also had fresh cheddar bay biscuits when we first got there and we took some home. I definitely can't wait to go back and try some more dishes.

They are so slow. Like they will see you standing waiting and they will not serve you. Food is good but the service terrible. Just go to another red lobster if you don't want to wait 2 hours even when its empty. There's barely any people and they will still take a million years to take your order and to attend you.

Well... we know why the parking lot was empty! I hate we didn't see the reviews for this location. As soon as we walked in, one of the young ladies looked at their watch (its Sunday 8p and they close at 9p). It was literally one other party in the restaurant... my husbands drink sat at the bar until he had to ask the hostess if that was his drink.
By the time the waitress brought it, it was watered down. The appetizer came out hot, however our food was cold! Not sure how the plates were hot but the food was cold. When we were leaving, the waitress asked if we were paying cash or card,
We said card and paid, she just walked off and went to her car! Didn't say thanks for coming or anything, we saw her in the parking lot and she just looked at us! Just an odd experience, will definitely not be back. My friend and I went to lunch here today. The food was great.
Sometimes Red Lobsters are hot or miss. This one was a hit. I had the fish and chips and a Maine lobster tail and my friend had the shrimp. It was really good.
The service was very good as well.
