Rebath contacted me and assured they will correct the problem. Appointment made. All i wanted was to be valued and respected as a customer. And for the business to honor there warranty. They are doing so so im pleased.

Horrible. They gutted my bathroom, so it was a clean slate. The gut job was the only thing done right. From the uneven tiling, to the awful paint job ( paint right on top of sheet rock) it was a disaster. 18k for a garbage job. Bob the owner just ghosted me after many "attempts" to correct his workers sloppy work. Such an inhumane to do to a young couple with three small children. Shame on you Bob, do Not use. We went through them through lowes

We wanted to have both of our upstairs bathrooms redone. We got estimates from several companies/contractors, but decided on Re-bath. Kevin was our sales person. He spent a lot of time with us, explained everything, and was extremely professional! We had some technical issues with paperwork, but Kevin even came back to our house on a Sunday (his day off) to straighten everything out. The work was completed very timely and contractors were excellent! We have the bathrooms we've always wanted!! We highly recommend!

Salesmen never called and his Mailbox was full we were ready to move forward but could not connect. Went another route and the bathroom is complete with a savings of $3000. Compared to Re-Bath.

This was the single worst experience I have had, in my life...potentially doing anything.

I wish I could show pictures of the hack-job these guys did. Do not use this company, they are unqualified and I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to them.

Ps I don't ever take the time to write reviews and I'm the type of person who doesn't return a food order when it's incorrect.

We contracted with Re bath LI for a 5x8' bathroom. The job was completed on time,
However done with the lowest industry standards. Shower pan put on flat floor with no under support so it flexes as you stand on it, I'm sure it will crack. Fixtures mounted to unprepared walls that need to be removed so proper prep can be done. They have a set process that they try to make fit anywhere and when it doesn't the pump caulking in to fill the gaps.
If you use them get an inch by inch description of what will be done. They use a check the box contract that leaves little is any narrative on the scope of work.
Would I use them again, the answer is yes if it was in a house I would be selling in a month. Its s quick looks OK but clearly substandard job.

I called them for an estimate for renovating 2 small bathrooms, the estimator kept trying to move the estimate into custom fixtures which I did not want. The stated they would not use any products from Home Depot, their partner in this area and that they would only use their own proprietary products which are all custom and very expensive. Their estimate came in at 3X higher what other contractors gave me. Stay away they are not to be trusted even for an estimate.

The problem is that your construction is only as good as the installer who works for the franchise at that store location. My neighbor has their second floor bathroom done and it turned into a nightmare because of shoddy workmanship including water leaks that did thousands of dollars worth of damage in their first floor bedroom. The company re-bath claimed that the issue is with the franchised dealer who had ignored the reported unsatisfactory installation. After waiting two months of false promises they hired an attorney but in the meantime the re-bath store went out of business, so much for re-bath

The work was done carelessly. Uneven tiling, a vanity draw that doesn't close, a leak that ran from the bathtub into our dining room and a shower rod that didn't fit our bath width so would not stay up. This is how the workers left our house. The owner proclaimed these were his best guys before the work started! We just had our bath tub and surrounding tiling done by them and it was 5k for all of those problems. I agree with the previous reviewer that they pump clear caulking to fill in all and any gaps to make anything fit. I would also add that when we initially visited the showroom in plainview that they were all perfect unlike our finished product.
