Read and really pay attention. This company is horrible. Before I began to explain I want to recognize that my sales rep was fantastic and a great person.

Now let's talk about the company. As someone mentioned in an earlier review. This company locks you into a long term contract but fails grossly at results. In six months ($800.00) per month, all I received from Reach Local was Telemarketers calls at 5am and all day on.

I never received 1 legitimate inquire not to mention any type of sales. This is a non productive company. What business I generated on my own only turned out to be a payment for this inept company.

You should do your HOMEWORK on this company and READ similar reviews like mine. I sure wish I had done that. Yes, I have buyers remorse.

I certainly don't recommend this company if you are new and not generating money. This company will only set you back financially.

Our business has been using ReachLocal's internet search product for over 8 years and have been extremely satisfied. We track every sale we make and the source how our customers find us. When it comes to advertising, ReachLocal gets us far better results than anything else we do. In most months our return on our advertising dollar is at least 10 times our investment with ReachLocal. This is far better than our other advertising including print, direct mail and radio.

Worst Advertising Service imaginable, Only looking to lock you into a Long contract and provide next to nothing in return. Poor service. They spam your email box continuously. Looking just to squeeze every cent out of their clients. Would never trust these people. I spent 6 months working with these people and got almost nothing in return. When I finally decided to cancel they told me lets put your account on hold and we'll see if we can make hints better. I reluctantly said ok. Then I find out 2 weeks later that they auto charged me for the advertising services that they never provided anyways. I called and asked for a refund and was told sorry that can't do that. When I told them I wanted to cancel service. They said I can't do that and would have to complete a year. That was never explained nor pointed out in the contract. Long story shout these people ended up stealing $3000 dollars from me provided no services for that. The services they did provide for the advertising money was useless and now that I complained I've never heard back from them. They might as we'll be one of those business that pack up the entire office and disappear with your money. Completely unethical company. Never use them.
