Our experience at the Raymour & Flanigan outlet in Kingston was excellent, and I would highly recommend shopping there. Our salesperson, Tom, asked why we were looking for a new mattress and we explained that the one we had was sagging. He asked where we bought it, and when we told him R&F Poughkeepsie, he looked the order up. Lo and behold, our mattress had a 10-year warrantee and we were in year eight. We never realized this, and because Tom took the time to look up our order, we received a full credit (after someone came to verify it was sagging) toward a new mattress. Wow. We found a replacement in the store, on our own. Well, we had the mattress for two months and didn't like it at all, but were able to return it because we purchased the mattress protection. We dealt with Laura, who was incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses, and extremely helpful. She steered us toward mattresses based on what we told her we liked and disliked. This led us to our new, dream mattress and we couldn't be happier! Not once during the process were we made to feel bad about getting the full credit on our old mattress, or returning the mattress we had for two months. Our interactions with staff (including Kat in the office) were nothing less than delightful (I realize that's a strong word, but it's true). Laura in particular is a gem. Great experience all around.

Don't even want to give them 1 star. Horrible sales person and once you made the purchase and they don't even say hello. We walked into the store to pick up the furniture and he made sure he went another direction. Typical short sighted unprofessional sales person! Will not come back again here or for sure that sales will not get my business again.

Our sales professional Judy was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and friendly, no hard selling which was very nice... The manager Dale was awesome as well, professional and very friendly, doing his very best to work with our delivery schedule. We highly recommend this store!

Absolutely horrible company. They sell you a warranty that only works for a product that isn't discontinue. our furniture was discontinued and broke within 6 months now we are forced to take store credit And what ever we buy is now not covered within our warranty. they said we would have to buy a new warranty. All 3 pieces of our furniture are broken all within 1.5 yrs. The store manager kevin at the kingston ny location is arrogant and trys to be little you. He has absolutely no clue and will recite there bs policy Over and over due to not being intelligent enough to understand your valid points. if you want a headache ontop of buying fisher price furniture go to this store. If you want quality furniture thats a tad bit more shop else where.
