It's been a pleasure working with Ranksharks over the last year. As a local real estate broker & investor in Southern California. Ranksharks walked us through entire process and was very hands-on with a positive attitude. They have great knowledge about the key characteristics of online & social media that improve my business and search results. Ranksharks is an excellent marketing tool and our experts using social media to your business advantage. I would highly recommend to any other businesses!

Ranksharks/EightPM is a scammer. They rely on the fact that small merchants are either too busy to stay on top of and continuously monitor their services, or simply do not have enough knowledge to do so. They milk hard working small businesses out of tens of thousands of dollars in management fees and wasted ad spend.

This is business is out to rip us off. They totally screwed me. They run a con game, even to the point of padding these reviews. They will do ZERO to boost your online presence, all they do is run a boiler room hustle to get your money. BEWARE!

Beware FRAUD!!!!!

Where do I begin. This guys a good at selling their services which are very expensive. I paid them $2000 to do SEO and website optimization for my company. Well 2 month later they haven't done anything: logged in zero times into our website to change anything but quick to charge money to credit card. I been in contact with them every week and they said that their working on it.

To get account manager on the phone is very difficult as they only answer phones only 2-4 hours to day.

When I asked for money back they refused, and instead charge another $2000 on the card. I called bank right away and did chargeback now instead of accepting their fault refunding money and moving on they are hustling and won't refund.

They are completely unprofessional and would not recommend using them.

I was reffered to this company through my new assistant.
I just signed up 2 weeks ago so cant tell you much about my
experience in their SEO work.. but will give you update on that
later.
However since signed up I recieved welcome call right away
they were more eager to get the ball rolling then I was. Me being
very busy could not get to my welcome call after 2 weeks.
My point is this they want to help you and wont stop Claudette my
account rep kept calling over and over to help. Remember
at this point they are not selling anything they could have taken ur
money and walked away which is what many do.
So good job rankksharks for being on top of me and my campaign
looking forward for good results.
Also ask for Steve he will give you good deal!

This company totally mishandled my business. The person taking in my input data stopped working there. So did my actual representative. The owner of the company admitted how poorly my account was handled. He was going to take care of my expenses paid to them with a refund or free work. Never happened. Towards the end of the relationship I received an email asking for a time to talk to owner Travis. A call came in but it was not Travis. I have the whole email chain that will show the mishaps this company did to my advertising. I would never suggest using them and certainly do not believe anything they tell or promise.

We run a small to midsize family business out of New York and have been looking for a solid marketing company to help us grow our brand for a while now. Unfortunately, most companies have left me with unanswered questions and broken promises. Ranksharks however spent over an hour and a half on the phone with me initially helping me to understand SEO and how we will benefit from it as a local business. Now we are 6 months into the campaign and couldn't be happier with the results so far. We are finally getting local business from our community! Thanks Ranksharks team!!

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Rankshark's. I am new to marketing online and I hesitated to give it a chance for a long time. Now that I started working with Rankshark's I'm getting new business I didn't realize was out there. Thanks guys!!!

I think this company does a great job with creating social media marketing campaigns for small businesses. I connected my mother with them because I already know the type of work they do and I like it. She has a thriving Pilates studio and this company made it easy for her to not have to worry about marketing herself. It's a win win.

I got a cold call from Alex F back in 2014. I had just come off about 3 other SEO companies that just were 'blah/no good'. This seemed like a fresh approach and they seemed to know why our site was suffering. Signed up to give it a shot. Fast forward 6-8 months later....still no good ROI, daily site visits had only gone up by like 10-15 a day...a far cry from what $600-$700 a month justifies. I give them 3 stars because I really thought they were trying. Cancelled service. A couple months later I had emailed them to try and get a monthly report to see if the work they had done had finally started to pay off (and to re-join them if rankings had shown improvement...I really wanted it to work with them), but never heard back.

Update 12-16 They reached out to me after my original review was posted. Tried to get me to a salesperson. I declined since I had moved on.
