Rally's

Not sure why this Rally's gets such a bad wrap. I've never had a problem with my order. Always accurate. Always hot. Fresh fries.

It is hit or miss here. The last couple times it's been miss. Rally's- when the food is good I'm loving it ! When it's mediocre well . . . Old fries, sat around burgers and over cooked chicken keep bringing me back for more & more. I'm starting to worry about myself now! I like the AI order taker but you have to be fast talking if you want a custom order. Like extra onions or no pickles,wait a few seconds & it's too late. All Rally's have this problem,the food is inconsistent in quality. A fresh cooked Big Buford is delicious same as the fries. But it's rare for that to happen.

25 MIN WAIT, AND THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD. Came here after work got the Bacon BBQ crunch sandwich, was told it was gunna be a wait. Paid pulled around to the parking lot where they told me they'll bring it out... waited bout 25min, to be given a chicken sandwich when I got back to my hotel. Worst place ever.

Took my son out for lunch at Rally's on Snow Rd.
He likes their funnel fries. Anyways we go in to order and I could not believe how dirty and filthy it was inside where they prep and cook the food.
There were napkins on the floor, trash and even food. It was gross. It almost made me want to cancel the order and leave.
They also were a little slow but otherwise no other issue with them.
I used to work in a fast food restaurant and I know how important it is to have a clean environment and a clean area. I'd always be sweeping or mopping. Just one of those things that make you wonder

Slooooooow. Popular place yet management cannot figure out how to serve their customers. 25 mins in the drive thru......service is less than acceptable

Never waited so long for fast food before. All I ordered was 2 burgers and fries. Wasn't like they were busy. Really tell me it's gonna be over 20 mins and I'll go elsewhere. And finally no ketchup or napkins??

The staff is always very friendly but they always get the order wrong and their ice cream machine is always down. Literally for months their ice cream machine has been down. I ordered wings, with the bone in. She repeated the order back correctly however the total was wrong, I thought she had charged me for the larger size order but instead, she charged me for boneless wings. I hate boneless wings. If I wanted chicken nuggets I'd go to McDonalds.

Employees purposely ruin your food. If I ask for a drink without ice, I receive a cup completely filled with ice. If I ask for a rallyburger with extra onion, I get a burger without onion but 2 pounds of mayonnaise. Time to get all new employees and management. Multiple times this happened. Ill drive to Ridge road if I need to.

Went last night to try the Cheddar biscuit shrimp and fries for $2.00. Was greeted with a friendly greeting, promptly took my order and was again greeted at the window. Meal was about what expected. They do have great burgers though. I will be back for the 2/$5 Big Bufords, they are the real deal. I like them better than 5 Guys.

The big Buford is their best sandwich, and while better than McDonald's, none of their other sandwiches are good at this location. The fries, pies and funnel cake fries are good though. Unless the Buford is on special do not waste your time.
