My garage door spring broke last night, I called at 11am the next day and  jay was able to schedule an appointment by 12:45. The repairman came and replaced both springs under an hour. Inspected and lubricated the garage door rollers. He even dobubleched my one car garage door out of courtesy. Works awesome. + lifetime warranty on the springs.

I highly recommend calling them first.

When I closed my garage today it made a big crashing sound. Upon inspection, I saw the two cables to each side of the door hanging loose.

Rainer Garage Door was very professional and suspected a broken spring. They quoted me prices for replacing the cables and prices for the spring. They also were able to get to my place in Seattle on the same day.

They told me between 12 and 2 but I said that would not work since I needed to pickup my kids from school. I asked if after 2 would work and they figured it out. Robert came out at 2 and was able to get it done in a little over 30 minutes.

I would definitely call them out for future issues.

I used Rainier Garage Door to install a brand new Lift Master in my new home. They came on-time and not only did an awesome job with the install, they had to do some ad-hoc customization as my garage door had a tight fit and did not charge me for it. That's awesome customer service! They got it in right, explained maintenance and what to watch out for, and cleaned-up after themselves very well which is a bit rare these days.

I strongly recommend Rainier Garage Door as they just want to do a good job and ensure your install is perfect.

Got same day service for stuck garage door opener in Bellevue WA. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, quick -- got lube, adjustment, new safety sensors that were very old and mounted too high. The price was very fair. Great company!  Will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service.  We had people from another company come out a few years ago to fix our broken garage door, and a lot of money was spent, but the problem ended up not being fixed.  Our door still shook and wouldn't close all the way.  After we called Rainier Garage, they sent someone out immediately. They came out on time, identified the problem, identified less costly replacement parts, and fixed everything, all below $250 and within 2 hours.  We are so happy we used Rainier Garage.

Garage door spring broke. Was able to schedule for same day service. Technician arrived within the window period. He repaired the broken garage door and suggested a couple of things on the other garage doors. I appreciated his recommendations and that he did not try to upsell me. Great service! Would highly recommend!

Called. Appointment set. They came and installed the door spring as needed.

I asked them if my rollers etc needed to be replaced or not and he said that they were in good condition right now and only the door hinges needed to be lubricated. I liked the fact that he did not try to up sell on something that I did not need.

He also tightened up the nuts and bolts and did a general inspection of the entire setup and gave me pointers on how to maintain the door mechanism  ( not sure if this part of the service or if he did it as a courtesy ) which I really appreciated.

Garage door spring popped yesterday. Very loud. Never really thought much about the garage door; it just works...till it doesn't.

Call Rainier last night after hours. They returned call this morning and after providing quote sent out a technician.

Robert arrived promptly. After checking out the door he recommended upgrading the wheels, as well, to nylon ball-bearing type. A quick Google search confirmed, in fact, we had cheap-o wheels that tend to break so we upgraded.

A combination of lubing the system, fixing the wheels and a minor repair has made the door run a lot quieter -- an unexpected benefit.

Robert was all business and was in and out in an hour. And I am a lot more excited about garage doors than I really should be.

This is the third time we've called Rainier Garage Door and I would not hesitate to call them again.  
I signed up for a tune up and roller replacement special through Angie's List.  The technician was a little outside the appointment window, but the office was incredibly good about keeping me updated on the ETA.
The service was performed very professionally and the technician gave me a thorough explanation of what he had done, what to do maintenance wise and safety suggestions.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.
Highly recommend.

Had an issue w the garage door opening and closing.  Was getting stuck half way up. Our spring tension on one side needed to be adjusted. Great, quick and honest service!  Thank you Rainier!

Amazing and friendly customer service.  We went back multiple times trying to figure out color and glass options.  Would drive around and take pictures of what I liked and would go back in again to show them asking their opinion.  They are great and trusted their opinion and suggestions.  Would highly recommend them!!! Thank you for our great addition to our home.

Love these guys! Rainier installed three belt drive liftmaster garage door openers in my mid 80's remodel. The installer was a bit late but you have to cut some slack sometimes. In this case, he was booked to do a job in Edmunds and then shortly thereafter at my place in Issaquah; all during rush hour traffic.

The installation went smoothly and the installer went over and above to ensure that the garage doors and springs were in top shape and super quiet. The price was fair and they even threw in some goodies at no additional charge. Go with Rainier, you will not be disappointed.

We had these guys come out to fix my parents garage door that wouldn't open from the outside. Robert came and fixed it in less than thirty minutes and was even able to use their old sensors. He was so fast and efficient! My parents were very pleased with the service provided.

I had initially scehduled an appointment to install weather guards on my garage door as well but they advised me against it since my garage doors were wood and the weather guards would rub the paint off my doors. They gave me some other options and were very nice when I decided to think it over. If I do decide to get new garage doors I will definitly be using them. Wish there were more businesses like this with this kind of integrity.

Great experience with Rainier Garage Door.  We had been dealing with a garage door that took several attempts to close because it was out of balance and the bearings had worn out.  I sent a request to Rainier via Yelp, heard back within an hour and was scheduled for later that same week.  Fortunately, Robert had a rescheduling that opened up an appointment for the very same day so they called back and were able to fix my door (very smooth now with new bearings and balanced and lubricated and bolts and chain tightened) the same day I contacted them for a very reasonable rate.
Highly recommended.  Robert and the gal (Melinda, I think) on the phone were both very professional, friendly, etc.

Great experience. We had to call someone out on a Saturday because our garage door got damaged and wouldn't close. The technician (Tony) was extremely helpful and understanding and fixed it right up for us. Not only did he help out with the new problem, he also tightened the springs and greased everything up. He explained what he was doing and helped us understand exactly what the issues were. We were so pleased with the service.

We couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the product from Rainier Garage Door. The whole process was painless from start to finish, and we are loving our new doors! The whole house changed in appearance after the doors were installed. The opening system is quiet and sleek-looking. We would definitely recommend Rainier Garage Door to anyone looking for new garage doors. Don't look further.

Walked in here ready to purchase two modern garage doors for our house. Had already done the research online and knew what we wanted. When we got there they refused service to us because we had our French Bulldog with us. We explained that she was fully house broken but they said it was their policy. Seems ridiculous for a garage door showroom, so we walked out and will be going elsewhere for our garage doors.

As a side note, we have building our house for the last 1.5 years, have been to dozens of these places, and this is the first time we've been turned away from a showroom because of our dog. If a company can't be flexible with their customers from the get-go, that's not someone I want to work with.

Not sure why they have 20 rave reviews unless they had all their friends and employees write them! Our garage door broke this morning; I called them first due to positive reviews, and the gal who answered asked me to take photos and email them to their email alias. I did so immediately but heard nothing back from them.
I phoned a short time later and had to remind her about the photos. She replied, Oh yeah. Let me check..." She couldn't find the photos I sent via my iPhone camera. I asked her to check the spam and/or junk folders. She checked another computer as well, but didn't find them. She then asked me (for the second time) whether I saw a spring on the top bar. I didn't, so she proceeded to tell me what the issue was over the phone and how one way of resolving this would cost more than another way of doing it, but that it would last longer (10 yrs)?
Being that this is an urgent situation with my car being stuck inside the garage, I'm surprised she didn't at least have me speak with a Technician or offer to send someone out to look at it before going through all the "options."
Disappointing customer experience for sure!!

UPDATE:
Although I appreciate the response, albeit quite long after the fact, I still consider it highly unprofessional to make an assessment via phone. My boyfriend arrived home from work to discover a loose bolt; problem solved for a nominal fee.

After shopping around, Rainier offered me the best price and fastest delivery date.  They were also able to provide me with a quote, quicker than any other vendor.  Installation was efficient, and extremely well done--I would use Rainier for any garage door need moving forward, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market!
