Wow! I accidentally saw a deer in Rahway River Park! She's beautiful and gorgeous I've ever seen! I've been to so many parks before especially, Astoria Park but they were too noisy and crowded. This Rahway River Park is completely different from the others in a good way. It's very clean and quiet. I feel like I can reduce my stress every time I go there :)

Love this park. Discovered it by accident when visiting a near by relative. Park is manicured nicely. Bathrooms are clean and convenient. Parking options are good. Options to BBQ, and picnic tables are spread out nicely. The crowd is mixed ( nationality/ ethnicities). Great place for exercise , family picnic or just a break from the madness of life during Covid 19

I'm the Duke of this park? Ohhhhhh snap. Guess I gotta review it.
Well, the park is nice and massive. It's not as big as Warinanco, but despite being further away, most people come here because it's not in Roselle.
Like Warinanco.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Paul M.Cranford, NJ016Aug 24, 2021
Nice local park. Very large. Nice path along the Rahway river. Plenty of spots to bbq. Several softball fields.

This park is rather large, conveniently located, has a variety of amenities yet it took me two years to discover it. Don't make my mistake! Grab the kids, a book or your sneakers and head over.
Bordered by a babbling stream and nestled between Clark and Rahway towns, this park has something for everyone. A parcourse/ fitness trail, large fields for soccer games or pitching around a ball or frisbee, jogging/ walking trail, MANY MANY picnic areas with charcoal grills, tennis courts, a community pool, and probably more that I've missed.
There is parking along the driveway that circles the park, and on the roads outside it. For food, if you don't bring your own you can try the snack stand, or stop by the hot dog truck parked at the entrance on Rt 35 / St. George's Ave.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Harry S.New York, NY08Dec 3, 2016
It's a well maintained park that beats out many other local parks in Westfield, Edison and Linden. Rahway recently constructed a beautiful football stadium with a fantastic new running track as well. In addition to all of the great amenities, there are fitness stations located around the park. Sunsets are absolutely gorgeous against the open plain and baseball fields, not to mention the beautiful foliage during the different seasons.
Its running loops have become my main locations for tempo and interval training up to 12 miles for marathon training. It's perfect in terms of safety because Rahway Police make frequent stops and loops.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brolin T.Columbus, OH151161270Sep 20, 2018
