Raging Waters Car Wash

I have been a Raging Waters customer for fourteen months, now, having monthly packages for all three cars in our home. I have received consistently excellent service throughout this longer-than-one-year tenure, do not do business with other car washes, and view the cost of our monthly plans as investment in our transportation.

Being a customer for a year with more than one vehicle means I've experienced more than four complete seasons with all the cars in our home, and I can say that all of our cars have never been better cared for, aesthetically and mechanically. Over the past winter alone, we kept any one of our three cars washed more than even our most important one car was washed in past winters. But it's deeper than just clean paint. Investing in how the cars look and in vacuuming the cars during each and every cleaning visit has taught my entire family to think about keeping the cars well serviced mechanically, also. I even have taught my teenagers to take the car they drive through Raging Waters as a part of their driver education.

A ten-minute wash-and-vacuum visit once a week per car becomes habit, and the small amount of sweat-equity paid regularly translates over to watching the miles on each vehicles oil changes, listening to the little sounds the cars make and having those checked out before they become expensive repairs. After fourteen months as a customer, with forty years and many cars' worth of driving experience, I see the benefit of investing the time and little bit of money it costs to keep the vehicles looking good, inside and out.

I'm an honest customer, not a paid writer, I live two miles from Raging Waters, commute by it twice a week, and have never taken better care of any car before than over the past fourteen months for all three cars, on the outside, inside, or under the hood. I'm staying a customer.

Honestly not sure what I just paid $45 for- I was expecting a full service car wash, interior vacuum and window cleaning inside and out. What did I get? A mediocre drive thru wash...with tons of soapy water left behind. Then I pulled up and spent about 30 min vacuuming it myself, which I wouldn't mind doing if I hadn't just paid $45. Do not recommend.

I dealt with Michael and he was welcoming, accommodating, and provided great service.

The car wash experience was fun... the colors are nice. The owner is very nice too. I was able to go through the car wash again when the first time it didn't clean my car really well.

I gave a three star because I paid extra for a detail in my car as well (total was $54 including tip). The person who cleaned my car did a fairly decent job and I tipped in the end... however after getting into my vehicle I've noticed a lot of missed places that weren't cleaned. The windshield inside was never wiped down, there were still dust in a lot of places, I've noticed it was wiped, but left traces of dust still on the side left over from the swipe. I also had this one dead bug in the back of the car lol, my kids were the one who pointed it out to me. They said it was still there. This pretty much tells me that this person didn't really "detail" my car. Overall, it's ok... I've been here once before and the other person did a far better job detailing the car. I guess it just depends on who you get. Hit or miss.

So the car wash is the same as most. It doesn't always get your car sparkling, but the staff are amazing. On two different occasions someone has come out of the building to join me In wiping down my car after the wash. They gave free rages in the building and they are exceptionally helpful. I love the wag these staff take care of the customers.

I was there today have a continuous problem accessing the automatic gate , two managers were there today , problem was not corrected , but they were very respectful and Businuess professionals.The thinner one has worked with me before , car wash is excellent. I left the $5 car wash in RT 3 one of the mangers was very disrespectful!

Really enjoy the car wash. For $5 I feel like I received a lot. The theme is cute the inside has a lot of cleaning sections and they spray tough spots. Out of all the $5 washes I've been to just to get me buy this was the nicest one and they have the vacuum stations as well. I'll be back the next time I drive through mud.

Guys who own this place are so nice. Personally helped with my interior vacuuming and also had me go through the wash again after I drove though some mud a day later! Really friendly and spot on wash. The colors and water are so relaxing I got the unlimited pack and this place has become my mini weekly therapy  Needless to say I'm so glad they've opened and I stop by for a wash every time I'm picking up my fave food across the street :)

I just brought my F-150 in and bought the $9 wash with tire shine (total came to $12). I was very impressed with how the wash handled my truck. Other $5 car washes in the area miss the center of the back and I have to get the area myself. This wash got it all. The attendants paid good attention with the prep at the beginning of the car wash. It doesn't sound like you're beating your car up as you go through. It's gentle but effective. This will be my new spot anytime I need a wash.

I'm sooooo glad my man Dre is back. Got my Tahoe looking right again!!!! -repeat customer.
