Radiant Nail and Spa

It was nice to just walk in this Libbie Mill salon on a Saturday and be seated right away! I was impressed to see the tools for the mani/pedis are individually wrapped to maintain hygiene. They provide you with a huge plastic ring of nail palettes to make your color choice. However, the numbers don't match the colors. I wasn't crazy about how the color turned out. My fingernails and toenails didn't match. Weird. I prefer when salons have the actual nail polish bottle colors on a wall so you know exactly what color you are getting.

Although the nail tech did an ok job, she layered on the polish so thick that my nails looked clumpy and you could see the line between the layers. Also, after a day, they started peeling. I've definitely had better manicures and pedicures, and with so many shops on every corner, they may need to up their game.

Lastly, they only take cash tips. Very inconvenient. I've noticed this trend in a lot of nail salons and it hurts the business. Most people seldom carry cash anymore. Here's a tip: As a business, they need to suck it up and pay the credit card fees for better customer service and to help the nail techs get their tip. My tech said she took Venmo, so I sent her a tip that way, but I don't think the business should expect the employees to figure out ways to get tipped.

Lien gave me the best mani/pedi I've ever had! She took great care with each step, nothing was rushed or overlooked. I had such a relaxed experience. I am not a review person, and I don't often get my nails done because I've had such mixed experiences, but I will absolutely be back at Radiant. I LOVE my nails!

I was going to Shagbark for dinner and saw this place and thought I'd give it a try. I arrive at 8:57am for my 9am appointment. The lady wasn't there yet but he put me in the chair. She did an amazing job on my extremely dry feet. I got the charcoal pedicure. Best $50 ever. The lady that did my nails gets props for trimming my cuticles. No one ever does that with dip and it's unfortunate. You have great looking nails and ratty cuticles but she made sure they were trimmed.

Two things I didn't like. One the place was dirty. Acrylic on the floor. It was dusty with cobwebs. I looked up and there was a dusty spider web from the ceiling to the top or the plant and in the corners. There was also 1/2 an acrylic nail on the little table of the pedicure chair I was sitting in. In this season of COVID variants and now the flu season please wipe the seats off, dust and sweep.

Second item although she clipped my cuticles she never asked how I wanted my nails shaped. It's an almond shape but I prefer more of a pointy tip. Also my bad because I should have said something.

If they clean I would go back just for that pedicure! A regular no thrills pedicure is $30.

Do not waste your money or time. I went here for a simple gel nail polish before a vacation and twelve hours later my nail was chipped. What a disaster! Not to mention I called the very next day to share the mishap with the business and requested that my nail be fixed when I returned home. The business owner said they cannot lose money by fixing my nail when I return from vacation in two weeks. Oh but get this they repair single gel nails for free? Wait what?

The staff are rude, greedy, irrational, and cannot perform a simple gel polish. If you want to pay for poor work visit this salon if not there are literally hundreds of salons within 5 miles of this place.

I live in the neighborhood and vow to tell all my neighbors including you not to go here.

Have been coming to Radiant Nails for over a year and I am their biggest fan! My nails are long and healthy and I always leave happy. The staff is considerate & efficient. I love this place!

This nail salon gave me a terrible fungus infection on all my fingers and toes. I had to get on antibiotics. The nail tech was really rough with trimming my cuticles. I will never go to this place again.

Radiant Nails is very accommodating. They are friendly and thorough as well as patient when I can't decide on a color haha. Not only is their customer service wonderful but their creativity and attention to detail is great! And they are affordable!! I am very pleased with every service I have had and would highly recommend!

Kelly and Andy have such a great nail salon. Everyone is very friendly and they do such a great work. The pedicures are very relaxing the scrubs and hot towels just take it to the next level! Super convenient in the Libby Mill midtown just off 64 and staples mills rd!

This is the worst place to have your nails done. This is what they did to my nails. I don't know what was wrong but their customer service is the worst . They made me pay $30 for this mess right here.
