Quick N Clean Car Wash

Took my car for an oil change. They did not do it correctly. Now my car doesn't have the right level of oil and I am not comfortable driving it.

Now I cannot get them on the phone to just tell me what the oil is so I can add some and solve the issue myself.

Broke the skid plate on my car after an oil change. I could not get anyone to answer the phone so I went to the place of business to address the issue.
They refused to replace/fix it and were very rude about it. Even though I came in 3 days after my oil change they refused to acknowledge it was their fault. So they can kiss my patronage goodbye. I do not recommend this establishment.

I did try and reach out to you my email and phone with no reply. You have a great guy working there too bad you do not treat your customers good especially I was a longtime monthly person. As a matter of fact I paid the monthly rate for unlimited and really may have gone 3 times a month. You shouldn't charge a long time customer the higher rate because I needed to change my cc no. Not a very good business man

I come here once or twice a week. Very good wash, like the vacuum stations out back. They are covered and it's busy but not crowded. Very open easy to get in and out. The staff are very nice and friendly!!
I live within 2 miles of a car wash but drive 6 miles to come here!!!!

come here for the winter, have used wash for a few yrs, unlimited washes, never a problem, dryer could be longer, but no big deal. wash my truck, guess maybe if you have a PLASTIC foreign piece of junk could have problems. crew is always friendly. Thanks guys

I go there often as I have a car wash subscription. Love the wash I get and the other minor auto services.

This place is a joke. I visited the lube center here for service on my vehicle. Tech (Dylan) performed the service and I was notified it was complete. I looked under the truck to make sure zerts were greased, however they were not. I asked the tech about it and he responded with he forgot and would take care of it. While backing my truck back into the bay the tech drove into one of the 55 gallon barrels, while also driving onto the grate of the pit. After several attempts I asked the tech to get out of my truck and I pulled in in myself. A couple hundred miles later and my transfer case failed while driving. I had the truck towed and the shop said the transfer case was out of fluid. After finding out this information I went back to Quick N Clean and confronted the tech on services performed and he stated he had a bad day that day and forgot to check and add fluids. Contacted manager (Jeremy) several times and was finally informed that owner isn't willing to cover damages.

Quick and convenient. Got my oil changed and a car wash in probably 30 minutes, on a Sunday. Great guys working there too.

BEWARE--DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE QUICK N CLEAN Car Washes. Outrageously terrible. I entered the car wash tunnel with a perfect 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and I exited with 3/4 of my rear bumper and its associated sensors dragging on the ground behind me. I filled out a suspiciously brief "claim form" and was told someone would contact me in a few days. After 2 days of no contact, I contacted my USAA insurance. They tried all the emails and phone numbers for the manager and owner. There were no replies to their numerous voicemails and emails over the course of 7 days. I tried contacting all the emails and phone numbers over that period and met with the same results--no replies or call-backs. After 7 days, I was able to find the owner's name (Richard Karle) and address through the Arizona Corporation Commission (it is public information). I sent a legal Final Demand Letter to him informing hm that I was to be reimbursed the $1510 repair bill (I have a high deductible so I had to pay $1000 to retrieve my car after repair). Upon receiving my Final Demand Letter, the manager (Jeremy Clark) contacted USAA and denied responsibility. All the claims people at USAA said this is essentially the standard non-reply-followed-by-denial hat characterizes car washes. So, USAA will attempt to subrogate the money from either the owner or their insurance company. Otherwise, it is off to Small Claims Court. As a physician at a correctional facility, I know that many released felons can only find employment a car washes. Perhaps this is how the principals of Quick N Clean started out.
