I will not be going to this place again!
They have too many rules that don't make sense.
Please see attached photo. It explains why I have a less than stellar review of this salon.

The entire staff is very friendly. They focus on health hair care. They will educate you about your hair and how to care for it. The environment is warm and welcoming. The shampoo and conditioning service is out of this world relaxing. I would recommend. They are the best.

The front desk staff are extremely rude. After being booked for the wrong consultation type I was still charged for the appointment when no services were rendered.

I only had a consultation but I felt so welcomed and heard about what I want for my hair. The shop is beautiful and CLEAN. I chose the wrong type of consultation and Sheena was so gracious in still talking about my hair desires and concerns. I can't wait until her schedule opens up so I can get the full experience.

I have burns and scabs all over my scalp from the hot comb. There were also 2 people ahead of me, which meant I waited an hour before being serviced. The haircut was mediocre at best.

It took me years to find someone to cut my hair and I'm so happy I waited and found Sheena. I will not have another press or cut my hair. Period.

Professional, kind, and just a master of what she does; both my daughter and I go to Sheena. My daughter cried during her first visit, and Sheena was so kind and patient with her. It was no easy task because she has A LOT of hair with a tight curl pattern. Sheena reassured her things would get better the more she comes in. The second visit, not one tear :)

In recent years I have been wearing my hair braided but has some breakage due to products I used in the past. Today we cut the past off and I love it.

If you are looking to get or maintain healthy hair, please see Sheena, she will make you feel like the Queen you are. In addition, please get one of the deep conditioners, AMAZING.

You must call to book your appointment because her slots fill up a month out! That lets you know she works wonders!

I love my hair! Love, love LOVE my hair! It was difficult for me to relax my hair again after 10 years of being natural, but it just wasn't working for me. So, I took time to reflect on what my needs were now and how I wanted my hair to look. I scheduled a consult with Kiaisha and she immediately put me at ease. She was patient and listened to my concerns. She explained my options and suggested a plan going forward. I also needed help deciding what to do with my gray hair...color or not. My worries are gone! My hair is soft, shiny and full of body! My hair looks great! The style and cut makes me look years younger! The salon is stylish, clean and professional and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming! And the location is perfect in Ardmore!

I booked Queen Stylista online through a website called Booksy. I scheduled myself for a 15 minute consultation. I arrived a bit late, the booksy site took me to the wrong location via my gps. I was so very worried.
The front desk staff told me not to worry and offered a cup of tea. As i sat and began to relax.. i look around...the shop was beautiful....
And on time ... i waited maybe ten minutes and i was in the chair. Everyone in the shop was really nice. Even the other patrons.
I really liked the atmosphere... after asking I found that Sheena decorated the entire place herself. It was modern and comforting and sophistication rolled into one.
I have been having issues with my hair lately and we had a discussion surrounding my expectations and what she could see for me at my appointment.
I went to schedule my appointment and there was a cancellation for the following day (ty lord). The next morning as i sat in the chair i noticed her daughters were working in the shop. Everyone was nice and respectful and the conversation was appropriate...i luvd it.... most of all i loved my hair. My cut was everything....
I sweat it out at the gym by the end of the week.. but as soon as i can squeeze time for myself in my schedule i will be back.
If you want professionalism, a positive experince and your hair done beautifully. Try it... i mean really ladies....have u ever had all 3 in one place? .....

I searched searched for a stylist that would be able to give me long layers, the silkiest silk press, and amazing customer service in a quiet enviroment. A Place where the stylist wouldn't be an hour late then scream about how she hates her boyfriend behind my head for 8 hours while she was working on 5 different heads Simultaneously...Yes Simultaneously.

Was I looking for a Unicorn? NOPE!! I was looking for Sheena at Queen Sylistas Mane Artistry.

First off, let me say this woman is BOOKED and BUSY, Oh kurr. So you better call and get your appointment after reading my review.

Anyway during my first visit to Queen Stylistas Mane Artistry I walked in and ALL of her stylist welcomed me. They all engaged with me until my Appointment. The woman sitting at the front desk offered me coffee, tea, or a snack. I waited for about 5 minutes then I was taken to the bowl. The woman washing my hair assessed my scalp and let me know I had severe dandruff ( I def do, btw) and I should get one one of the treatments they offer. My hair was washed for about 15 minutes. I was then ushered to a chair in the back where her assistant blew my hair out thoroughly. I then sat in Sheenas chair......

She asked me questions about my hair and told me about a few products that I should use based on my hair type. She straightened my hair and then started my cut. Honeyyyyy, my hair was laid. When I say my cut was sooo precise and even with perfectly placed layers...PERFECTION.

And I was only there for 1.5-2 hours. Amazing.

Love her! Cant wait until my next appointment.

My first visit to this salon was on 2/21/19. It was an awesome experience. The salon's atmosphere was very welcoming and family oriented. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I loved every minute of my visit. I love love love my cut and style. I would recommend this salon. Kaiasia was my stylist and very helpful. All the staff members were amazing and cultivated a welcoming atmosphere.
