1/2/2022Omg if I had known about Leo the tuxedo, I would have been by here all the time lol. Now I will - he he ;). We were just walking past here this evening and saw him through the door just sitting there nonchalantly as if to lure people in - he sure lured us in! We went in and petted him and he didn't seem to mind - very nice, calm and friendly in an unobtrusive way. He had a very chill vibe like he owns the place - he probably does :)
Our first time ever in this store, we walked down the aisles looking around for something to buy as we didn't want to just pet the cat and leave, that would not be nice! They definitely have a lot of stuff - groceries, snacks, drinks etc. We bought a bottle of sweet lime concentrate for $5. According to some other reviews online, seems that they have fresh sandwiches too breakfast and lunch - will have to try those someday.
Petted Leo on the way out too and he just sat there in the same spot the whole time. Oh I know we will be back here very soon and support a local business :)

The most convenient place. The nicest petiole even though there is quite a bit of turnover but I feel that's due to covid. Before vivid it was a lot more consistent. Either way. Always the nicest cashiers and the best service
. The owner is super nice. He is there during the day and makes you feel like family.

They sell the chips and stuff for the prices on the bags as well.
There's a deli in the back that looked good but we didn't try it. Just like the convenience.
Cons: aisle spacing level: sardine can
Some stuff doesn't have prices and there's a long line so you can't really ask about it
Not sure if a someone cruising around in a wheelchair could navigate the store.
Over all, reasonable for a convenience store. Would shop again at my convenience.

Quality mart feels like a mom and pop shop but I was talking to the owner recently and he told me his father was an oil tycoon

Go to spot for snacks and drinks in Back Bay. The people who work here are knowledgeable and helpful!

Neighborhood gem. Very reasonable prices for a convenience store. Sandwiches are delicious but only available lunchtime on weekdays. Leo the cat is adorable.

I've reached out you on numerous occasions to ask you who the rude staff was. I've also reached out to you on numerous occasions to ask you who the rude management was. I have no one rude at my store and to be honest with you we are actually the complete opposite. I completely apologize if you were mistreated and I ask you again to please identify that person to me so I can weed them out. Thank you in advance

Didn't buy anything but this is access point for UPS an may be the worst place in the state for that responsibility . I went there legit minutes after my package was dropped off and the guy working "Sean" said he was only person working and could not retrieve my package . Why are they access point for UPS if they cannot get a package every time there is a customer there for there stuff. But I said okay and came back 3 hours later, there was still Sean and also a new guy who was very nice. Sean presided to get my package only to come back and say they didn't have it,, I called amazon and ups and they both said that 3 hours beforee the package was dropped off with Sean. But some how Sean lost the package . The other guy who was now there working helped me looking for the package and we still couldn't find it, now that I think about it Sean did ask me what was in the package so I am thinking he just stole it but the point of this is Sean is worst employe I've ever encountered and is also prolly a thief. Im so angry UPS uses them for anything , I will never go to this store again in my life and ya Will make it clear to my delivery service never to leave anything there. Considering how horrible Sean was I can't imagine the store itself and the customer service can be any better , obv if you just need a pack of ciggs then fine but I suggest not to use a card cause I wouldn't put it pass Sean and this store to have credit card scimmers . I've also heard and seen from other message boards that they are known for stealing and missing packages so I'm not surprised , jus a heads up for other ppl .

Good afternoon Denzel,
I am the manager and I was the guy who was there later on in the evening who help you look for your package. I specifically remember you coming back the next day and getting your package. Second of all before you go bashing a business maybe you should look into your own mistake. Shane not Sean is the person who helped you. He is not a thief first of all, it clearly says on the slip that your package will be read delivered to the access point on the next business day typically by one. what you did was run down the street thinking the UPS driver was going to drop it at my store immediately. That's not the way things work and I am very glad you asked UPS not to drop anything for you again. This way we will not run into any issues. If you want to provide your information to me you can come see me at the store and I can put you on a non except list just to make sure that the driver does not drop anything for you and I will also be on the lookout. I'm sorry you had a terrible experience but we are not thieves and I believe you should have edited this and I also gave you ample time to edit it before I responded you publicly. Thank you very much and have a great day
