Over decades of having multiple dental
health providers, I'm so excited to have found Pacific Dental Aesthetics! Let's be real! No one likes "the dentist." But, I've finally found a place I love!

Everything about PDA is special!

The doctors are so caring and gentle. I recently had extensive work done and it was remarkably painless and stress-free! This "dental chicken" was well-taken care of and treated with patience and compassion. Dr. Lin took time to explain to me, in detail, what my issues were and offered several treatment options. No one ever pushed only high-end solutions!

The support staff (RDAs and office staff) are lovely and invested in their work. They are very friendly, helpful and communicative!

The office staff took initiative to work with my insurance to maximize benefits, and made the billing/payment process easy.

I don't often make recommendations, but felt compelled to share my experiences this time.

Very nice and talented doctors.

Great facility and equipment. Very comfortable waiting area. There is a nice salt water fish tank to entertain the kiddos. All staff has been wonderful, and I was greeted very warmly by both Dr. Song and Dr. Lemire. I highly recommend their services and would definitely come back.

I inquired to a few locations to do some teeth whitening and Pacific Dental was the quickest to respond and gave me a very reasonable price. They're doing a summer sale so it was only $295 (regular price is $675.)

They were able to schedule me within the same day and the process was super easy - filled out a form online and by the time I showed up to check in, things were ready to go. I spoke with Mel at the front desk who made things super easy.

The process was super smooth and the lady who did the whitening was very attentive and had a bell for me to utilize during the whitening incase I felt any sensitivity and needed to cool off from it.
Also was super weary about any 'additional costs' that would arise that were never mentioned but alas, the price I was given was the price I paid!

This dentistry is in a suite/plaza so parking is shared, and access to the actual spot is a bit hard. When you walk in the first floor walk all the way down the hall, and the room is #185 to the right.

Overall, although this isn't my primary dentistry, I would absolutely come back! The staff was amazing and the process was very simple, I am recommending this whitening to my friends.

Wow! Finally a dentist practice that makes it enjoyable to go to the dentist!
The doctor is amazing she recommended I get zoom whitening for my wedding and also obliged to my request of evening out some of my teeth They look amazing!!!! I have pretty white teeth already but this took it to the next level. Will be back for all of check ups and dental needs. Highly recommend.

LOVED my experience here! The best dental office I've been to so far. The staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful. I had my teeth cleaned, exams, and zoom whitening. All services were carefully performed with great results.

Very nice staff and wonderful doctors with very impressive bedside manner. The office is very clean and state of the art. I highly recommend this practice just from my first visit and will be returning from now on.

Exceeded my expectations above and beyond! I was under the care of Dr. Song and Evelyn and they are exceptional at what they do. They are very compassionate and personable. Everyone on staff there is warm and friendly. Plenty of parking and a great location!

Had stellar service with PDA for almost 2 years. Always super friendly and professional staff. And Dr. Natvig just puts you at ease, and never pressures you into doing anything you might not need, like a night mouth guard or even implant surgery for my husband. And the hygienists are some of the most thorough I've ever had. So lots of positives.

However, recently, there have been issues with billing. I have Delta and usually everything is covered. But lately, I've been getting bills and even 1 with a finance charge? Would have appreciated a heads up if a certain exam or procedure wasn't 100% covered. Made me feel like I was dealing with a bank instead of a service provider. So docking a star for that. Might need to start looking elsewhere if overages continue.

Pacific Dental Arsthetics is by far the best Dental Practice I have ever gone to. From the Office Managment Team, Staff, Dental Team & the Dentists, they are "Exceptional Group". I would Highly Recommended them.
