I came in to Public Storage 5 years ago. Vita was the one who showed me the unit.
She was very patient and kind. wanting the best for me.
We have kept in touch over the years.
My Mom passed away early this year, so we had to close the storage unit.
Vita was so helpful, with phone calls back and forth. The Unit had to leave Scottsdale on a specific date, to get to Malibu.
Vita took all the stress away.
I would highly recommend Public Storage on Paradise Lane.
Ask for Vita, she will make a difference.

Very clean location! TJ the manager, is always friendly and helpful. If you need storage around the airpark, this is the place.

Just rent one of the storage units here started last month, Steve the one and only employee here is super duper nice.

Steve helped us and explained step by step how it works and so far works very well for us.

We got at the 2 and floor and it's very easy to access. Loved that you can use the app to open the gate, so you can access anytime you want. The 2nd floor storage unit is easy to access as well, just go on the elevator boom, you are there.

Extremely overpriced. I'm out of there.

No negotiation and increase was almost 30% while down the street Uhaul was almost half the price!

Just a fare warning not to use public storage on Hayden. Our unit was broken into. The man climbed over and cut the lock from the inside. The manager there does not care says it's a police matter not hers. They took everything down to a winter jacket. They have it all on camera claiming they can't show us, BS if you ask me. Before she turned off the cameras I was able to catch this photo! It is what it is at this point. Just wanted to let you all know!

$345 or $688 per month? For the same size unit? On the same floor at the same time? On 3/2/23 Jeff at this Public Storage location explained the drastically different prices by saying that "I work for a greedy corporation that tries to soak you for as much as they can get and it's as simple as that." As a renter here since 2014, I was surprised to hear Jeff and T.J. both explain their company's strategy to deny lower available rates to long term renters. "Go for it" was the advice I received when I told Jeff I would be writing this review about the company's deliberate practice he explained to charge nearly double for the same size unit, on the same floor, in the same building, during the same time period. Jeff mentioned that he appreciated me filming our conversation in their lobby that day, so I'll be happy to share the recording with anyone who doubts that every word of this review is 100% true and accurate.

Storage unit and facility is very good - easy access and everything is clean. HOWEVER, if you have any questions or issues with billing, or anything else, I wish you lots of luck!! I have written three times regarding the "advertised" special rental rate; responses have taken over a month, don't address the issue and refer me to the Customer Service number. I spent over 30 minutes in an endless loop trying to speak with an actual person.
Front office person was borderline rude and as unhelpful as other customer service avenues.
I would never rent from them again because of the contact issues. I've now paid full price for two months plus the $4.99 "special rate" for one month and I've rented the unit for one actual month, to date.
Save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere.

Two price increases totaling 80% in less than 24 months, because "we can". Terrible way to treat customers, no concern if they gouge you or not. I will be going elsewhere as soon as possible. I left U-Haul two years ago, but will be going back to them.

I have been a long time renter of the same storage unit at this facility and like others have commented. The property owner is greedy, greedy, greedy... I moved in at $158 for a unit and this month they have now raised my rent to nearly $400!!!! No joke. I have had to request rent decreases on a regular basis only to have them denied. Keep in mind that they advertise the same unit to new customers for $257 currently. This is a joke and I will be moving out after my 30 days is up and going with a more reputable and less greedy company. Public Storage... YOU have lost a long time customer that pays on time every month.

Nice facility, very clean, Jennifer was informative & professional & I think this will be perfect for my storage needs. Greal location and easy access too.
