Dropped in here recently to check pricing on some storage needs I'll have in the coming weeks. Spoke to a Danielle (I believe it was) and was so delighted to be treated so well, while giving me all the information I needed without making me feel pressured.

I have been a customer of theirs for 21 years (yes, I am a hoarder!) I just completed moving 5 storage units to another facility because of their riddiculous overly aggressive price increases. They lure customers in with low rates and then begin raising rates at 18-29% increases every 6 months until the renter can no longer stand the pain. They don't care how long you have been a client and will keep jacking your rates until you finally bite the bullet and hire movers to get you away from them. I spent almost $3,000 getting out of there and will be ahead of the game in less than a year without the heartburn of dealing with them.
They eliminated most of their site-based employees and now you talk to a kiosk. After they closed the office and inserted the kiosk, they locked the bathrooms. They don't care about the clients and their moving crews and the fact you must stop loading the truck and go offsite in search of a bathroom. They used tto have 4 moving carts for the clients use. Someone stole 2 of them and for months they didn't rep[lace them. Then, they removed more and took them to another facility. If the carts get a bad wheel, they leave it in that condition for months, if not years. This is a company that only cares about the bottom line and your money. It is one of the greediest and worst companies I have ever dealt with and I would never ever do business with them again. I would give my stuff away or burn it before I gave them a dime.
A word to the wise - run from this comany and go elsewhere. Bigger is certainly not better in this case! At the time I left, my jacked up rates were about 44% above market rates.

I have a unit that has increased the rent every year now I pay 290 a month. The same unit is available for less than 140 on their website. I believe they shake down existing tenants. There's not even a person behind the desk anymore.

Judson really made my experience good this time. He did his best to make a tough situation better.

The facility is clean and newly painted. It looks great. They are now unmanned which means one person has to juggle between multiple locations.

if there was an option to give zero stars I would. there is no one that ever answers the phone there. the app access code hasn't worked in over a year. my rent has increased multiple times in the last 2 years without even letting me know. I never once got an email. I scheduled my move out date for 2/13 and they tried to tell me well too bad that I would be charged the entire month instead of prorating the rent and working with me. judson let me know my review will be meaningless because he has enough good reviews. the company only cares about money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

we have had all of our furnishings in this facility for slightly over a year while we built our dream home. When we went to get our things out to move in we were crushed when we noticed that EVERYTHING in the unit was covered in mold! our mattresses, couches, pictures, kids toys were all ruined. The attendant in the office said how the company had someone pressure wash the building. The water somehow trickled down into SEVERAL units. We were never contacted and told that atleast 2 other individuals had the same water intrusion issue due the pressure washing fiasco. We had the insurance that the company offers which is maxed at $5k. One of our couches is $5k! They started the blame game and said the company who cleaned the building would be held liable. We tried to reach the manager and he dodged our calls. We went to regional to file a complaint and to talk to someone and still no call. So we are in limbo with a brand new house and no furniture. This company is trash and the management is as well.

I am here to give a review on a staff member -- "Judd". This guys is ALWAYS a big help, and always goes out of his way to take care of us. I appreciate his level of customer service and wish every employee at these storage companies could take a lesson or two from him. Thanks again, Judd!

I had to get a unit quick. This storage unit facility is 100% automated and made it really easy. Everything went well and no issues. But also because it is that automated, if you need help, you talk to the national center.

I have had a unit at this location for 3 years and my rent amount has increased from $175 when I rented it up to $325. So basically it doubled in 3 short years.

I was looking to transfer storage facilities due to price and location. Judson was AMAZING! Such great customer service, clean facility/units, and great rates! Highly recommend!
