Walked in around 9:31am on a Friday and they weren't busy, appeared to have more employees than clients.

I was asked several times by the same two people what services I was looking to get and they seemed confused when I said a refill and gel polish change for my toes.

After a couple minutes a few other people came in, they asked what they wanted, and then asked me if I had an appointment. The woman yelling "what services do you want again" became so annoying and overwhelming, I said I'd go somewhere else...

Not sure if it's because I didn't have an appointment or because I'm clearly not a local to Forest Lake, MN. either way, terrible customer service, especially for minutes after opening.

Quick service, polite people, fair pricing, and the new addition is beautiful, really brings out a sense of luxury. Not to mention, they take walk ins and last min appointments, which is awesome.

I did a walk in for a mani pedi. I was not asked what I wanted.
when I did ask they were "too busy". They did apologize but, still.
she was in a hurry the whole time. one foot didn't even get scrubbed.
my nails were never buffed so the next day it all just started chipping and Cuticles left on my nails.
I wa told it depends on the tech.
Shouldn't it be the same treatment across the board??
She offered for me to come in and they would re-do it but it should have been done right the first time and not be made to feel you can't do a walk in because they are "too busy".

The first time two of my nails fell off, I drove all the way back from North Branch to Forest Lake to have them fixed the following day. Another one fell off. Definitely very upset with the job. Two trips from North Branch to Forest Lake was ridiculous However,the manager agreed after much conversation to let a different girls do my nails With no extra charge. Danielle, was more than willing to do them for me. She did a superior job with an amazing attitude knowing she wasn't getting paid. Of course I left her a good tip. She is one person that I would recommend hands-down. be sure and ask for her when you go in. DANIELLE What an amazing Lady!! to leave a review. Stars is impossible so the five stars is on her and not the salon. The salon would get a one.

I walked in for a gel mani/pedi. I was incredibly disappointed in how incredibly basic they both were. The gel polish chipped on my right hand within 4 days, and I was not doing anything that would have caused this, I was on vacation no house cleaning or roughness with my hands. There was no lotion applied to my hands, or feet for that matter and the price $91 for the bare minimum was exorbitant.

I asked for a Mickey Mouse head and for all of the nail art on their website, making 3 black dots on 2 fingers seemed difficult for the technician.

I really enjoyed my experience! I had an appointment on a busy day, but didn't feel rushed. My technician was patient, and very willing to try adding glitter I had brought with me. Facilities were clean, bright, and quiet for the number of people there! I will definitely come back

I just got a pedicure here and although I only got the regular pedicure, I was in and out of that place in about 10-15 minutes. They were good about getting us in right away because we had called ahead, but the pedicure was poorly done and super fast. They kept asking us if we wanted to upgrade our pedis, which we declined, but that shouldn't mean we receive terrible pedicures because we didn't upgrade. The polish was horribly done and I got told to turn my massage chair off.

This place made my acrylics completely crooked and not even the same shape

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon before. It was my daughters first time EVER. I got her GEL nails and after about ONE day they all completely came off. I go to the salon to show them and get a refund and they REFUSED to refund me, they kept wanting to fix their mistake, well if you would of done a good quality job in the beginning and didn't rush us and actually scrubbed our feet we wouldn't be back asking for a refund! They don't care about new customers obviously. I suggest going to turbo nails in Lino lakes! They are fantastic and take time and actually care!!

My experience was okay but a little frustrating. I am getting ready for a graduation and wanted to treat myself. I asked for pink and white gel tips with an accent on my ring finger. My tech was courteous but I could tell she was getting frustrated with me as the service went on. She did not do the accent finger which I didn't catch until it was too late so I left it alone. She nicked me a few times but that's a typical risk. Given that the set cost $55 plus I gave a $20 tip, because they are in a service industry, I was disappointed. The best thing was that every single tech was masked (sometimes double) and that the tech didn't fuss me out about how short I wanted the tips. Not sure if I'll go back there for the fill when I need it, if I do I'll have to be much for explicit with what I want.
