"Woohoo! As good as it gets," is a bit too exciting for what would seem a much more grave review. Sigh, pun unintended.

But, these guys really are top notch for the services they provide and make sure to take the family in full consideration during the entirety of the final wishes.

They keep every little written word and uttered note on file, also, and will go through anything you have questions on if you're planning a future service with them. This was particularly helpful for my family as we didn't know where to begin with for an obituary. They will even act as liaison for military burials or being present for church services.

During our particular encounter, we had the nasty circumstance of transporting across state lines and had to speak with another funeral home---leading to a bit of paperwork. PFH was very patient with this process as well as doing the best they could to help.

Also noteworthy, they have a lot of very nice caskets and urns: Even some that were very endearing.
