Thank you Mr. Eric Lindsey for what you did for my mother!

I recently visited my mother after not seeing her for awhile. After being there for about 24 hours she said, Do you notice anything? I looked at her and realized that her eyes looked exactly the same. I couldn't believe it! We both immediately started crying and hugging each other.

We talked about her experience, how easy it was, and how happy she is. My mother was born with very little sight in her right eye and her eyes did not look the same. My mother is a beautiful lady, both inside and out and because of Mr. Lindsey she feels more confident.

After we wiped our tears we had a good laugh when I said, if there is a heaven... Mr. Eric Lindsey is going straight to heaven for what he's doing for people. : )

My prosthetic eye cost way to much and Eric did not guarantee. I can only wear it for a couple of hours a day. I hate it

I am not new to seeing an ocularist. I have been seeing them for 40 years. I have to say that Eric is kind, gentle and patient with me. He does all the work himself which, to me, is a sign of a perfectionist.

I highly recommend Eric if you should need him.

Went here for my dads prosthetic nose. The staff are friendly compassionate people that make you feel welcome & comfortable. Eric took his time in getting the fit & color just right. Better than we could have ever imagined. Eric's expertise to make the nose fit & stay in place have improved my dads & our quality of life more than he knows. We can't thank him & his staff enough for going above & beyond satisfying our concerns & needs.

I do not know where to start. I took my daughter to get new prosthetic eyes. Everything was good when we seen Eric Lindsey. Eric told us he was leaving the practice to his business partner Dillan. We seen Dillan 2 times for my daughter to get her new prosthetic eyes. After that we did not get a call, text or letter. Dillan has not returned any of my calls. I have been to the office in Sacramento, Ca and its CLOSED the message on the door says they will see you by appointment only! On the voice message it says to leave a message and we will call you within 48 hours they never call. How can we get an appointment if you never call us back? Its been since May 2022 since her last visit. We never received her prosthetic eyes. This is so rude and unprofessional. I hope Eric Lindsey knows what is going on with his Business. after all Eric your name is on the Door! I will be notifying my daughters insurance to let them know. Just in case they billed out for it and we did not get our product!

I am so happy I found Eric to create my prosthetic eye. His artistic and detail ability to create my eye is impeccable!

I am forced to change providers as there is no communication with the office staff here at Prosthetic Artists.
I never got polishings in 2019 and in December made several attempts to contact anyone at the office but all attempts were unsuccessful.
Very disappointing as Eric is an amazing Ocularist and has provided excellent care in the years I was under his care.
My Opthamologist had to send me to a alternate provider.
Sad to leave Prosthetic Artists.

The best service and detail artistry I have ever received. The eye is a perfect match and even moves appropriately.
The location is convenient and appointments were easy to setup.

When my son was diagnosed with cancer it was a huge blow. Everything changed and everything became more difficult. Eric has been one of the many in our life that has made the burden a little easier.

We have to drive 2.5 hours and 130 miles from Northern Nevada and Eric and his staff have worked with us to arrange scheduling on many occasions. He is amazing with children (a huge plus because my son is 2) and an incredibly talented prosthetician.

We will not go to anyone else.
